A 10-year-old California boy who was shot over the weekend died because the shooter, also said to be 10 years old, angrily opened fire after losing a bicycle race, the victim’s mother said Tuesday… His father, Arkete Davis, 53, was booked on suspicion of possession of a firearm by a felon, criminal storage of a firearm, carrying a stolen loaded firearm in a vehicle, child endangerment and acting as an accessory to a crime after the fact, according to inmate records. The Second Amendment Foundation has filed a federal lawsuit against the Los Angeles County Sheriff and California Attorney General Rob Bonta challenging the constitutionality of carry permit issuance policies and laws that make it difficult, if not impossible, for citizens to obtain permits. Joining SAF are the California Rifle & Pistol Association, Gun Owners of America, Gun Owners Foundation, Gun Owners of California and several private citizens. [More]

There were two recent additions to the “roster” that had people in California pretty excited until they saw that the new additions cost “off roster” prices. It’s outrageous what is happening and I would like to see companies stop taking advantage of Californians due to their lack of options. [Watch]
