Judge Says New Gun Ban ‘Openly Defiant’ Of Supreme Court Rulings [More]
And remember, ignorance of the law is no excuse!

A group of radical extremists invaded the State Assembly, interrupting the first day of the legislative session and forcing lawmakers to flee the chamber. They continued to occupy the legislature even after the lights were turned off. But eventually, they were allowed to leave peacefully, and there were no arrests at all. The reason: unlike the January 6 protesters in Washington, the California protesters are on the political left. [More]
My favorite is when Democrat “lawmakers” are the disruptors.

If you’re a citizen who objects, pay for it or get out.

Good thing this has nothing to do with that “single issue.” And I have that on good authority.

What’s that saying about 1984 being an instruction manual…?
Democrats are literally totalitarians.
Bonta’s Department of Justice will recognize only three of the eight categories of certified instructor, all three controlled by the State of California: instructors certified under the state Department of Consumer Affairs, the state Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training, or a state-accredited school to teach a firearm training course. Cut back on the instructors you cut back on the permits.
I wonder how many of the “authorized instructors” were first certified by NRA.
So much for sucking up.

That “misuse” can be deliberate by activists gone wild or due to lax/incompetent security protocols. And it’s not like sensitive and supposedly secure government systems at the highest levels can’t be breached and hacked by anyone, from cyber criminals to foreign enemies. It’s not like names, addresses, and lists don’t have real-world street value, and it would be just like the prohibitionists to have their efforts actually increase violence and its incentives. [More]
