In the Spirit of Bipartisanship

Hours after President Donald Trump invoked a wartime law to target terrorist organization Tren de Aragua (TdA) Saturday, a federal judge ruled the law could not be used to deport five Venezuelans and ordered the plane they were believed to be on to return to the U.S. [More]

No Hypocrisy

The Anti-ATF Commandeering Act has the intended purpose in its title to “prohibit the provision of material aid and support for enforcement of federal firearms laws.” House Bill 1481 bases its justification on the finding that “the United States Supreme Court has long held that states do not have to participate in the enforcement or effectuation of federal acts or regulatory programs.” [More]

So, what about states that refuse to help ICE deport illegals? Isn’t it the same thing?

The Arkansas bill supports “the supreme Law of the Land.” So-called “sanctuary” laws undermine it.

The Artful DOGEr

We’ve been DOGE-ing in Oklahoma before it was cool. Our department of mental health just sent an agency wide memo banning pronouns in email signatures. Five employees resigned on the spot— sayonara! [More]

You’ve also been dodging your responsibility to the Constitution and to your citizens. And then you hedged your bet.

And news flash: Technically, they’re ALL criminals.

What a straddler this guy is.

Diversity Lost

[T]he five teenage suspects arrested in connection to a January 20 attempted break-in at a gun and ammunition store in Franklin, Tennessee are Honduran nationals who were in the United States illegally at the time of their arrest, and that they are scheduled to be deported by federal immigration authorities. Lunatics Running the Asylum

Lawmakers moved ahead with a bill to restrict migrants seeking political asylum or on temporary protected status from possessing firearms, a proposal its Republican sponsor said will help crack down on gang activity. [More]

This is another red herring.

Hairs are being split. Technically, they’re refugees. They should apply once they’ve “escaped,” not have carte blanche to traverse several countries so they can help themselves to the best thing on the menu.

Then this wouldn’t be an issue.

Try Telling This Dad Whose Daughter Was Killed By An Illegal That Open Borders Are ‘Compassionate’ [More]

Stuff like this makes me recall a man I worked with in California in the 90s:

Back when I was living there, a colleague’s teenaged daughter was killed when a car full of illegals plowed into hers on the freeway. None of them would admit to being the driver and the main suspect disappeared, presumably across the border. But that was long enough ago to where he’s probably been gracing us with the blessings of his presence — and then some — since then.

Meanwhile, a beautiful young lady had her life cut short and would never experience its joys and realize her potential. And my co-worker, who had always been friendly and quick to joke until his precious girl was ripped away from him, lived out his shortened days a shattered, broken man who would never see justice.

Scamming Since They Crossed the Border

Two Mexican nationals residing in the Kansas City area have been charged in federal court for their involvement in a conspiracy to stage numerous armed robberies. We’re the Only Ones Uncooperative Enough

Portland police chief Bob Day issued a community letter on Jan. 28, proudly affirming Portland’s unconstitutional sanctuary city policies, announcing his determination to flout federal law enforcement arresting criminal illegal aliens, and therefore publicizing as much as possible his corruption and illegal activities. Considering that ICE is currently focused on deporting the most dangerous illegal alien criminals, including murderers and child rapists, this begs the question why Day is so desperate to protect such evil people.
