Inciting the Mob

Nolte: Gavin Newsom & Jasmine Crockett Incited Violence Against ICE Before Dallas Sniper Attack [More]

Of course they did, and they’re hardly alone.

I just got a MoveOn email “from” Robert Reich that repeatedly referred to the president as a tyrant.

This one ought to be more spicy than the last.

They’re desperate to provoke so they can accuse. And they don’t care who gets killed if it advances them and their agenda.

Really? I’m a member? Even though I never joined or contributed a dime and only allow their spam in to keep track of and call attention to their ever hysterical and ludicrous propaganda?

So when they claim “MoveOn has since grown into one of the largest and most impactful grassroots progressive campaigning communities in the United States, with a membership of millions,” that’s just them spreading more bull$h!+?

An Interesting Admission

I’m on MoveOn.org’s email list, and this solicitation just came in:

Vice President Kamala Harris has taken the lead in national polls. But pollsters have a big warning. Presidential elections are not won at the national level; they’re won in a small number of battleground states that decide the Electoral College. And one survey showed Harris trailing Donald Trump across five battleground states. A pro-Harris Super PAC said their polling “is much less rosy” than public surveys. In a terrifying development, top election forecaster Nate Silver’s model now gives Trump a 55.8% chance of winning the Electoral College, while Harris has only a 44.0% chance of victory. And then there’s the fact that the Electoral College is biased in favor of Republicans and that polls underestimated Trump in both 2020 and 2016. While Harris’s candidacy has electrified the base, Harris remains the clear underdog in the race.

True, we can never tell what these people are claiming is real, and they are trying to fleece the bleaters for more money, but they also source things at the end:

Running Interference…

Received via email:

MoveOn has raised almost enough to launch our ambitious plan to take over the front page of The Washington Post with hard-hitting ads calling on Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to recuse himself from a case that could determine whether Donald Trump can be criminally prosecuted for his crimes.

Aren’t there obstruction/interference laws against this?

On the plus side, it’s not like throwing $ at WaPo is going to change any minds…

Label Talk

The dark-money effort is called No Labels, and they’ve committed an eye-popping $70 million to put a third-party presidential candidate on the ballot in 2024. On Fox News on Sunday, West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin wouldn’t rule out running for president on the No Labels ticket. The very real risk is that Sen. Manchin—or another Republican-funded candidate—would peel away enough votes from the Democratic candidate to hand victory to the Republican candidate… [More]

I’m on MoveOn’s email list to keep apprised of what they’re up to.

This sounds promising!
