Moran, a 59-year-old teacher at Mason Clark Middle School, made the statement on May 9 to another teacher, saying he “ought to bring a gun to school and shoot them all in the name of God.” He was allegedly referring to the students. [More]

An adult had reason to believe a six-year-old was armed and did not immediately go and personally find out and take care of it, and now the taxpayers are subsidizing his cowardice.

I wonder if a sufficient number of Americans will ever grok what they’re allowing public schools to do to their children — and to them — while they foot the bills.

It’s still way too “Only Oneish” for me. Character and judgment don’t change just because you cross an artificial prioerty line, and killers won’t care anyway.

I suppose you could argue it’s an incremental improvement, but when we saw cops get nationwide carry recogniton with LEOSA, how many made inviting those of us footing the bill to sit at their table a priority?

Sorry, but what he did is so twisted and evil I’d recommend conclusive proof that he can be trusted with a gun before opening that cage.

Whereas Democrats reacted before the facts were known by demanding “universal background checks,” “assault weapon” and magazine bans, and a host of other irrelevant infringements that wouldn’t have made a damn bit of difference– the loser even used a Biden-approved pump-action Fudd gun.

I wonder what the owners of Al Jazeera would do with such a troubled teenager in their country…

  • Sheriff gave limited details. Police arrived within seven minutes. The situation is over. They can’t yet say how many inuries but there were “multiple.” They know who the shooter was but aren’t saying yet. They’ll be giving an update this afternoon. They said the White House is monitoring the situation (can’t let a crisis go to waste), and they made a point of quoting blood dancer Kris Brown of Brady.
