Association Bylaws, Article III, Sec. 11, “Involuntary Termination of Membership and Disciplinary Proceedings” states in part:
“Any individual or organization member may be suspended or expelled for good cause, including, but not limited to, any conduct which is contrary to, or in violation of the Bylaws of the Association.”
Public anti-gun advocacy is in direct conflict with Article II, Purposes and Objectives, section 1:
“To protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, especially with reference to the inalienable right of the individual American citizen guaranteed by such Constitution to acquire, possess, collect, exhibit, transport, carry, transfer ownership of, and enjoy the right to use arms, in order that the people may always be in a position to exercise their legitimate individual rights of self-preservation and defense of family, person, and property, as well as to serve effectively in the appropriate militia for the common defense of the Republic and the individual liberty of its citizens;”
Additionally, Article III, “Membership,” section 1., “Eligibility,” requires that the member “subscribes to the objectives and purposes of the Association.”
But no worries– Fairfax didn’t have the guts to do it to Michael Moore so they won’t do it here.

That’s not the way to do it.
And that said, my own experience shows how no means of doing this legally puts the “law-abiding” at risk.

It is not clear what crimes were traced to guns sold through Mr. Clyde’s stores, or whether his businesses have been cited for violations that could be used to revoke their licenses. [More]
But we’re going to smear him anyway and leave an impression of corruption, crime, and conflict of interest because that’s what serves our purposes.

Naturally, powder keg thug Joseph Benza is still on the job, protecting and serving the $h!+ out of us.

So rather than admit the obvious, they’ll just go after our guns.
“The impact of car theft on Chicago residents can be deeply destabilizing, particularly for low- to middle-income workers who have fewer options for getting to work and taking care of their families,” Johnson said. “The failure of Kia and Hyundai to install basic auto-theft prevention technology in these models is sheer negligence, and as a result, a citywide and nationwide crime spree around automobile theft has been unfolding right before our eyes.” [More]

Making an example of the black upstart who wants nothing to do with the plantation before others get the same idea, eh? That must explain the absence of outrage by the middlemen.
“Additional”…?
Did she just publicly poison the pool by saying he’s already committed the felony charges he’s on trial for?

Reinforcing their Dunning-Krueger self-evaluations and rewarding them is one way to keep the ones on the fence from spilling their guts. And this Byrd fool is incompetent enough to believe he deserves it.

Those websites above have had their intended effect by spreading this misinformation to the local news media that lap it up and just copy/paste without a single question on whether they have the legal authority to ban weapons on public streets, even if it is roped off or gated and ticketed. Those things are not exceptions in the law, nor should they be, as our right to self-defense on our taxpayer owned property should never be infringed. [More]

Via email update, Evans tells me:
They’ve updated their festival’s website to remove any mention of guns or weapons, but it remains on their main website’s calendar page as of this moment, as well as the website of Destination Augusta which is the Augusta Convention and Visitors Bureau. But at least they half-way did something.
I doubt the media will update their articles to reflect this. Gotta keep the wool pulled over the eyes of the general public.
I’ve updated my article.
