It’d be nice, Mr. Cao, if in addition to the few statements that have been picked up by the media you would talk about guns knowledgeably on your campaign website, where there is but one brief and hard-to-find mention. Add to that ignoring VCDL’s candidate survey, and it’ll take more than a  say-nothing poster to ignite a fire in gun owner bellies.

The thing is, even keeping your head down, Virginia Democrats are still attacking you full force on guns, so what do you have to lose by standing up for what they’ll accuse you of regardless? This is your chance to use the bully pulpit to educate and lead, which is presumably what you’re trying to do here.

VA Dems, huh? Those are the same gun-grabbers Rob and Grant’s pal Jorge helps to eviscerate the rights of their customers.
