No person, while under the influence of alcohol or any drug of abuse, shall carry … any firearm or dangerous ordnance.

Are we to assume he was unarmed or was this “professional courtesy”? Or just a realization that they all do it?

Not that I’d expect a “real reporter” to know to ask…
