New Hampshire residents who carry their legally owned guns when passing through Massachusetts should not be charged with any crimes, Attorney General John Formella argued in a brief supporting a legal challenge from two state residents facing criminal charges in the Bay State. [More]

Enjoy these arguments while you can. If Kamala wins, remaking SCOTUS and reversing Bruen will be top priorities.

97Percent’s Executive Director Rips Mask Off ‘Non-Partisan’ and ‘Objective’ Facade

We’ve seen it all before, Astroturf groups funded by elites that ostensibly spoke for ‘reasonable’ gun owners. [More]

It shouldn’t neeed to be explained that both sides can’t be accommodated when their goals are antithetical, and that anyone relying on cognitive dissonance is a gaslighting swindler.

As Opposed to HypOmasculinity, I Suppose…

In my attempt to come to an understanding why so many people oppose and resist common sense firearms safety regulations, I have developed a proposition that regulations on firearms challenge the promises of a patriarchal system based on notions of hypermasculinity with the elements taken to the extreme of control, domination over others and the environment, competitiveness, autonomy, rugged individualism, strength, toughness, forcefulness, and decisiveness, and, of course, never having to ask for help or assistance. “There were too many,” he concludes plainly. There are still too many. It is as simple as that. [More]

Imagine a world without them. Now imagine obnoxious, judgmental, closed-minded, self-righteous, and provincial-in-their-bubbles Becca Rothfeld and Andrew C. McKevitt in that world.

Still, there is useful information here — the early goals of “suburban housewives” prove that “commonsense gun safety laws” are a lie and the object is citizen disarmament with a government monopoly of violence. And the efforts of domestic manufacturers to demand banning cheap foreign competition explains much in how the industry will always put profit over rights.

And If You Act Now…

The ATF has begun the embarrassing process of returning bump stocks to their original owners after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the agency wrongfully determined they were machineguns, but only if the owners act within 90 days. The ATF sent letters titled “Notice of Opportunity to Request Return of Bump Stock(s) in ATF Custody” last week. They include an address in Washington, D.C. and an email that the former owners can contact to arrange for the return of their property. Once the requests are processed, the letter states, “you will be contacted by someone from the local ATF field office to arrange retrieval of your bump stock(s).” [More]

Just a few days ago agents I spoke with told me they were forfeited.

My guess is he was an @$$hole before his tragedy.

I’m sorry for his horrible and unimaginable loss, but it’s not my fault. My natural human sympathy does not mean I will remain passive when he and other surviving family members attack my right to protect myself and my loved ones.

An attacker’s motivation never outweighs my right to repel him.

Why Americans Should Consider Giving Up Their Guns: 18 Good Reasons [More]

Imagine a world without guns!

I’m fortunate to be included in an email group that includes some names you’ve heard of and no shortage of topnotch 2A attorneys. One, Don Kilmer, offered this reply and is allowing me to share it:

Turns out this was an assignment for 14 year old retarded girls. List 18 reasons to give up guns, and then explain why you should have a rainbow colored unicorn pony.

And lest anyone get their triggered butthurt on:

Besides, I’m for rehabilitating the word “retarded.” To me, it always meant people capable of intelligent thought, who refuse to be smart, and have therefore retarded their brain.

The poor souls who are born with intellectual disabilities are not retarded, they are doing the best they can with what God gave them.
