I was just involved in an X.com discussion where one poster was concerned that “pejoratives” were being used.
So, what’s a non-offensive term for domestic enemies who want to supplant us with an alien culture, seize what our forebears built, and replace, enslave, and kill us? And got any pictures of her in a “Moms Demand” tee…?

How much of California’s population is illegal? Let’s check. [More]
Good thing this has nothing to do with that “single issue.” And I have that on good authority.

Nearly 850 illegal guns have been taken off the streets of Michigan thanks to “Operation Safe Neighborhood,” Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced Monday morning…Operation Safe Neighborhoods focuses on “high-risk” individuals with previous weapon offenses. [More]

Where to begin?
Relatives flew in last night and are staying at our place for a week. Meanwhile, wife and I have to leave them here tomorrow for an out-of-state weekend because her niece is getting married. Then my sister comes in on the 1st from AZ and will be here through the 7th. I have big family doings on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th, with me hosting a horde on Independence Day… I ran out of gas. I had a flat tire. I didn’t have enough money for cab fare…
I still have one article in at AmmoLand and one at Firearms News I’ll publicize if they post before we leave tomorrow morning at o-dark-thirty, and when we get back there’s a deadline on my next American Handgunner piece…
This is all my way of saying please hold off on emails, news tips, comments, and death threats until I give the “All Clear,” otherwise I fear it will be a wasted effort for you. I’ll try to get to some of the tips currently in the inbox and will post comments received up to quitting time this evening, but after that everything will need to wait for me to be able to get to it.
Top Biden aide admits to Congress she directed autopen signatures without knowing who gave final approval [More]
Enough. She didn’t just operate it on her own. Who told her to run a document through? Put them on the hot seat.
Who “authorized” her? Who are the “members of the inner circle”? Why hasn’t she been threatened with contempt unless she gets specific with “So-and-so directed me to have this signed?”
This could undo every law, every appointment, every EO going back to who knows when? Are Republicans ever going to strap ’em on and act like this is the existential spiritual and physical war that it is?
Oversight never played real hardball with Fast and Furious, either.
CTRL+P(ain) : far-right and 3D weapons, a new frontier of political violence – The incident reflects an alarming global trend: the rise of right-wing digital extremism and the increasing access to technology to manufacture undetectable weapons. This dangerous combination worries security agencies, as it escapes state control and can be easily replicated anywhere in the world. [More]
So, it sounds like it would be in everybody’s interest if you stopped trying to shove collectivist controls down everybody’s craws, admitted “gun control” is an unworkable non-starter, and focused on securing the Blessings of Liberty…
Just a thought…

Rhode Island’s Democratic-controlled state House on Friday approved legislation that would ban the sale and manufacturing of many semiautomatic rifles commonly referred to as assault weapons. The proposal now heads to the desk of Democratic Gov. Dan McKee, who said in a post on the social platform X on Friday evening that he plans to sign the bill into law. [More]
Dan does have his priorities…
And note how AP characterizes them as “weapons of choice.”
I guess that’s always depended on what lie you wanted to perpetuate.

It’s godless to build an economy on jobs so poorly paid and unsafe that only desperate foreigners will do them. Mass deportations are the answer to an economic and moral emergency. [More]
OK, but what’s that got to do with guns?

Hillsborough County teacher tried to smuggle guns to foreign country [More]
Thank goodness it turns out she was just a “straw purchaser.” After the last post, I was wondering how she would get them past the TSA scanner.
Just looking at the haul, she’d have had to be, like Stacey Abrams, to get them all to fit.

A visa program, designated as a “U” visa, is intended to grant temporary legal status and work authorization to illegal aliens who are victims of certain serious crimes and agree to cooperate with law enforcement. Today, we’re detailing nine new House bills and one new Senate bill that BFA opposes — though “new” is a stretch. These are largely the same ineffective measures rebranded with fresh bill numbers. [More]
No one ever accused Opposite Day “progressives” of actually having new ideas.
There’s nothing I could add to this except that sometimes the low-hanging fruit just drops itself.

True, and I don’t suppose too many would be interested in DRESing for success...
Still, why is no one bellyaching about Pittman-Robertson, especially with all those anti-freedom Fudds throwing the rest of us under the bus?
