Curious, how Paypal and Venmo have no policy against using their platforms to fund domestic terrorists, but they ban what is “necessary to the security of a free State.”

“The officers chose to prioritize the accusation of racial abuse over saving the life of this young man,” Jenrick said. “I think that was a terrible mistake.” [More]

See, as long as you lot excuse policy as a “mistake,” there’s no hope of changing it. Or this:

They’ll never “give” what ought to be taken. And how soon until running and hiding are prosecuted as hateful assumptions?

Coming soon, to a pradesh near you:

And, of course, this self-outed twit’s response is to ban knives.

Anybody not answer this yet?

A Right Denied

This has got to be one of the most frustrating processes that I can think of because there’s just nothing that we could do to stop it. Or at least that’s how it feels. But this is what happens when the left has a super majority in the state. They could pass whatever they want without a care in the world because there just isn’t enough opposition to make a difference. And when they get so much support from the executive, it becomes a a game of who can pass what the fastest regardless of the Constitution. And that’s exactly what we have here. [Watch]

“Don’t like bad gun laws?” she asked. “Tell Congress, ” she answered.

I’d suggest another way, but I wouldn’t want the “gun rights” establishment to call me “juvenile.”

Out with the Old, In with the New

If the NRA does not capture the imagination, activism and energy of the younger men in the younger generational cohorts, it’s gonna disappear or at a minimum become even more irrelevant. [More]

Been observing that for years.

And it’s telling, how most “reform candidates” voted to retain a known part of the problem. “Why?” ought to be a question put to each of them publicly, perhaps on their X feeds.

Demographics is Destiny

Of course, our 2024 figures are not written in the stars. After all, immigrant voters could well reverse recent electoral trends and vote for more Republican candidates. However, this is unlikely without Republicans embracing more inclusive rhetoric and championing the kind of sensible immigration reforms that are supported by the majority of Americans. [More]

Any self-styled “gun rights leader” who is deliberately indifferent to the implications or overtly hostile to warnings is either a useful idiot or an embedded asset.

It Depends Upon What the Meaning of the Word ‘Win’ Is

Texas has emerged as the biggest winner in corporate America’s flight from high-tax blue states, attracting a wave of headquarters relocations as companies increasingly abandon costly coastal hubs for lower-tax Republican strongholds. [More]

How will they vote?

And how long will the comparative profitability last?

A ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ Question

Talk about a long history of patriarchal white male supremacy… nothing to say about that?

So, Brandon… being a Chicagoan, does Bob Prevost owe reparations?

Weapon of Massie Destruction

And lest we forget when I warned about the Adelson (her husband)/Trump v Massie connection six years ago:

Prominent on the [Republican Jewish Coalition] Board is multi-billionaire Sheldon Adelson. Investor, philanthropist, and CEO of the Sands in Las Vegas, he not only further enriches himself with cheap labor, but he also supports the Democrat goal of amnesty and a “pathway to citizenship.”

Anybody having second thoughts or is it easier to get mad and viciously disparage anyone pointing this out as a loser and a hater?

We’re the Only Ones Private Enough

Eleanor Ross is the federal district court judge who was subject to a private reprimand for having sex with a police officer in chambers in earshot of law clerks, according to a person familiar with the situation. [More]

A “private reprimand”? And has the out-of-uniform police commander’s name stayed private?

I wonder what would have happened for using your privates on the job in the private sector?

Swatting Justice Barrett Was a Threat, Not a Prank… “Just made contact with security that’s on scene,” a male officer says. “They should be outside in an Explorer. He said he hasn’t heard anything. We’re just going to meet up with him first, just to go over anything.” [More]

That’s What Happens When You Ask Permission

8th Circuit rejected Second Amendment challenge to Minnesota gun permit reciprocity law. Truck drivers argued Minnesota’s permit requirements burdened interstate travel and self-defense rights. Court ruled the reciprocity statute expands rather than restricts firearm carry rights. Panel found the Constitution does not require states to recognize all out-of-state gun permits. [More]

Hasn’t the Supreme Court weighed in on this already?

It would give to persons… the right to enter every other State whenever they pleased… and to keep and carry arms wherever they went.”

Aside from the “give” part, what’s the issue?
