Soros-funded group disparages Black GOP governor candidate as Uncle Tom: ‘All skinfolk ain’t kinfolk’ [More]
Notice anything about the ones who scream “Racist!” the loudest…?
On a side note, what are all the “progressives” who say mentioning Soros is antisemitic now saying about Israel’s reaction to Hamas…?
Under current VA policy, if a veteran who defended this country has to go to the VA and ask for help managing his or her financial affairs the VA automatically reports that veteran to the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System … and that veteran loses his firearm … automatically, no due process, no questions asked. This ion has not been made by a judge, it’s being made by a bureaucrat. All our Amendment would do would be … to say the VA, just because you’ve asked for help with your money, cannot automatically take away your firearm or report you to NICS unless a judge has ruled that that veteran is a danger to to himself or to others. [Watch]
Now look at how ABC News/MSN couch it, knowing full well most will not do more than scan the headlines and the first few words:
Senate approved amendment that would limit gun background checks for veterans
Then immediately tie that in with the Maine shooter being a veteran…

What are these “legitimate refugees” they’re referring to? Did they apply on the Mexican side and get permission to come over?
Good thing this has nothing to do with that “single issue.” And I have that on good authority.

“There is no evidence that she was attempting to kill anyone. Essentially what they are doing is they’re taking the offense of shooting into a vehicle and saying that she was attempting to kill somebody,” Fernandez’s lawyer argued. [More]
What’s the lawyer’s name? I’d like to ask him if there’s any legal whoring he won’t do.
Interesting people they give armed authority over you and me to…

Accuracy in Media boss Adam Guillette was away from his North Florida home when he received a call from local authorities Friday notifying him that officers had searched his home around 1:30 a.m. after receiving a call falsely claiming that Guillette was at home and pointing a gun at his wife’s head. And now people aren’t hesitating to pull out guns and shoot and not only kill innocent individuals, but hurt bystanders,” Castor, the former Chief of Police, said… Castor also called on gun owners to take more responsibility in safely securing their weapons by not leaving firearms in unlocked vehicles. Why would anyone, with feral morons like that running loose? Why would anyone feel like they had to?
And when are we going to get the 411 on young Tyrell and any priors…?

A sign at the door of the bowling alley says, “We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing firearms in this building and we would appreciate it if you left them in your vehicle. Please keep our atmosphere family friendly.” That notice did not stop the suspect from entering and opening fire. [More]
I’d go further and suggest it encouraged him that his chances of success were increased.
A federal judge in California has granted a preliminary injunction in a Second Amendment Foundation challenge of two California statutes prohibiting gun shows at the Orange County Fairgrounds and on state-owned property, while denying a requested stay to allow the state time to file an appeal.
Salt Lake City high schools will begin staffing weapon detectors after fall break. But some parents and a few Salt Lake City School Board members worry the technology may have an outsized impact on students of color. [More]
I note none of the objections are centered on the Fourth Amendment and teaching young people that their privacy is sacrosanct and only to be abridged after a person receiving full due process has demonstrated he abused his right by harming the rights of others. And since their attendance is compulsory, perhaps a mention of supposed Fifth Amendment protections against self-incrimination would be in order.
And if Bayyd is emotionally exhausted and requires two days of prep time to face TSA, well, that seems kind of like a red flag on mental stability right there.
