When Is an “Unlawful User” of Controlled Substance Prohibited from Having a Gun? [More]
Right now I’m preoccupied with “When is he not?“
The Washington D.C. police officer who beat a Minnesota woman with a metal baton at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, is a 19-year veteran with a history of use-of-force complaints. [More]
Only a true professional can make it look so effortless.
Funny– all the leftist “violence against women” groups are silent on this. It’s almost like they have a different agenda than the one they say is their priority.

Attorneys representing the Second Amendment Foundation and its partners in the case of Jones v. Bonta, challenging a California law restricting the rights of young adults to purchase long guns, are asking the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for an “All Writ” enjoining the state from enforcing a new state law that penalizes plaintiffs in cases contesting state gun laws. [More]
Why should arrogant tyrants who ignore the Second Amendment with impunity have any respect for the First?
Cover-Up: Biden Treasury Makes Move to Stop GOP From Getting Hunter Biden Records [More]
Criminal conspiracy stonewalling and cover-up from the highest circles… where have we seen that before?
Funny, how we have to learn about this from Red State and the New York Post, while all the majors only seem to be concerned with Mar-a-Lago records…
The chief financial officer of troubled Bed Bath & Beyond has been identified as the man who jumped to his death from the iconic new Tribeca skyscraper known as the “Jenga Building,” The Post has learned. [More]
Too soon to wish he’d had something soft to land on…?
Navy Secretary’s One-Year Status Report Talks About Everything… Except Sea Power… The Navy Secretary cited progress made on many fronts: Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault, Mental Health, Education, Housing, Keeping [personal] Costs Down, Child Care, Spouse Employment, and the Exceptional Family Member Program. Attorneys general from New York and California sent a letter Friday to the CEOs of three major credit card companies asking them to establish a specific code to identify purchases from gun stores. That code, called a merchant category code, could then be used to flag purchases of weapons and ammunition and make it easier for law enforcement officials in their investigations.[More]
I warned about this here and identified the literal communist supporters behind it here.

NASA’s new moon rocket sprang another dangerous fuel leak Saturday, forcing launch controllers to call off their second attempt this week to send a crew capsule into lunar orbit with test dummies. The inaugural flight is now off for weeks, if not months. [More]
So we’re up to the “coincidence” stage…
Speaking of test dummies, there are reasons we don’t already have Kubrick’s space wheel and a moon base…
And speaking of space, the wife and I are supporters of the International Women’s Air & Space Museum — we got involved after she became friends with a member of the Ninety-Nines who had flown transport in WWII (and who passed on a few years back). Friday night at their annual Corks on the Concourse wine-tasting fundraiser I won the “space trivia” contest. Three of us were finalists who answered all five original questions correctly, and then we had to go into sudden death. I was the only one who knew about Wally Funk and the Mercury 13 because we’d heard her speak and bought her book at an earlier event.
I won an instructed first flight, which I gave to Sweetie because that had been a long-unrealized fantasy of hers when life, school, career, and family influenced her priorities.
Georgia deputy police chief arrested in Florida for soliciting prostitution [More]

It’s past time gun manufacturers stopped acting like neutral parties, willing to reap the benefits of RKBA activism as long as they don’t have to take a stand. It’s not inappropriate to publicly ask those companies what their position is, and to favor and patronize those that stand with American gun owners (and publicize those who won’t). [More]
Or our “gun rights leaders” could just do nothing and continue turning a blind eye…

Due to the upcoming Amnesty Registration of Pistol Brace weapons, photos of the weapon being registered will be required to prove the weapon does utilize a pistol brace in its configuration and would qualify for an amnesty registration. [More]
And if you act now…
I’m kinda leaning this way…
How do you copyright an OMB report…?

Slip up? Biden nominates current and longstanding NRA member to be a Federal District Judge [More]
No slip-up. This way, they can claim they’re not “anti-gun” while bringing in a Deep State Quisling who supported Dettelbach and Toomey, and will further help feed the crafted lie that “even NRA members support reasonable regulations.”

Watchdog Says Apple Must Follow Google’s Lead and Take Down Truth Social Because of Repeated Policy Violations [More]
As if to complement my latest AmmoLand piece, I just got this email from the book-burning hive insects at Media Matters, who not only want to exterminate their ideological opponents but snuff out any thought that doesn’t advance their subversion and control.
Now, we have learned that ATF is sending Warning Notices (included below) to individuals who have purchased FRT’s on GunBroker from the user “rifleremedy2000,” but it’s not clear how ATF has acquired purchaser records or whether ATF itself is operating the account. It appears that ATF’s contact with these purchasers is part of “Operation Reticent Recall,” a name we learned from the top of an “Interview Questionnaire” that has been sent to some of our clients. [More]
They don’t sound very reticent… as evidenced by their squeeze on “rifleremedy2000” as explained by Washington Gun Law President William Kirk.

Plaintiffs seek a declaration that New York’s limitations of and burdens on the right to carry firearms as enacted in Senate Bill 51001 (“SB51001”) and as otherwise detailed below are unconstitutional under the First, Second, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. Plaintiffs also seek an injunction compelling Defendants to refrain from enforcing those invalid limitations. [More]
Unless and until the in-your-face stonewallers face personal consequences, they know they’ll have virtually limitless plunder resources to draw from. And if they can wait things out, the plan is for total control so that current legal decisions will no longer impede.
