Dozens of ATF Agents Descend on DC Neighborhoods as Part of Trump Takeover [More]
I don’t suppose they’ll be charged with what they do with the guns so much as just having them, so before cheering this on, “send not for whom the bell tolls…”

Dozens of ATF Agents Descend on DC Neighborhoods as Part of Trump Takeover [More]
I don’t suppose they’ll be charged with what they do with the guns so much as just having them, so before cheering this on, “send not for whom the bell tolls…”

“No law-abiding citizen should have to wait months before he or she can register their firearms, or obtain a concealed carry permit”… [More]
No citizen should be required to do either.
I really get tired of being a critic. I wish our “leaders” would give me less to criticize.
If anyone wants to give a lecture on increments, you’ve got the whole rest of the internet to do it at.
[T]he Department of Justice [is] fighting the so-called non-resident handgun ban that says that you cannot take a possession of a handgun in a state in which you are not a resident from an FFL. That’s right. This law is being challenged down there in Texas and the Department of Justice has just responded arguing that the law is indeed constitutional under our Second Amendment. Is it? [Watch]
Of course not.
Either the AUSA signing onto that is a still-embedded Democrat purposely undermining Pam Bondi’s memo, or it’s all smoke and mirrors and she was just telling gun owners what they wanted to hear to keep them corralled.
And so much for the new “Pro-gun” ATF mandarin NSSF is gushing over.
In either case, it once more illustrates that until the 2A Task Force includes actual 2A advocates instead of just government employees beholden to their masters, we can continue to expect DOJ bipolarity, with aggressive MAGA Über Alles types asking if we’d rather have Kamala.
There’s a reason the rice bowl gun groups aren’t demanding a seat at the table. They’ve been showering him with flattery and simultaneously walking on eggshells, afraid to p!$$ off a mercurial Trump, lest he condemn them and cast them out.

Well, that took all of 30 seconds.
About the same amount of time as it takes a reader to leave a comment and do nothing. About the same amount of time to read this far…

“As Commander in Chief, this is a pen-and-a-phone moment for you,” CDT asserted. “No rogue federal judge has the power to stop you. Do it this week, and take one more easy Win.” [More]
Will any “gun rights groups” add their voices? Why or why not? How about just plain gun owners like …you?
GUARANTEEING FAIR BANKING FOR ALL AMERICANS [More]
The rope-selling capitalists have been banking on disarmament for a long time. A long time.
You can deposit those checks now, Teagan…
Questions: Will this apply to anti-gun payment processors making decisions on their own without bureaucratic regulatory pressure? And anybody know if and how Merchant Category Codes may be affected?

Army secretary hails ‘heroism’ of soldiers who tackled alleged Fort Stewart shooter: ‘Absolutely saved lives’- Six soldiers put themselves in harm’s way when Sergeant Quornelius Radford allegedly shot five people at Georgia base [More]
And President Trump says “the perpetrator of the shooting at the Fort Stewart military base in Georgia will be ;prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.’’’
A question, if it’s not too impertinent:
What happened to noises Trump 1.0 was making seven years ago “to Allow Troops to Carry Personal Weapons on Bases”…?
I hope that merits a more intelligent and responsive MAGA rejoinder than “Would you rather have Kamala?”

Bovard: Waco, Epstein, & Washington’s War On Truth [More]
As the author notes and asks: “Govt. coverups are a conspiracy against self-government. Both Waco and the Epstein scandals exemplify how deceit is the D.C. default. Why is Trump sacrificing his credibility to shroud the worst pedophile scandal in US history?”

Law-abiding citizens should have the right to responsibly own firearms without excessive government interference. [More]
That sounds like some shallow appeal-to-those-who -don’t-think-it-through weasel wording right there.
What about when being “law-abiding” means surrendering that “fundamental aspect of our freedom and security”? And how is any government interference with that which shall not be infringed not excessive?
And yeah– so much for “America First.”
Thomas Massie has failed us. He voted against cutting taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security. He even voted NO on protecting children from AI-generated child exploitation.
This is a crafted misrepresentation. That first part is in the debt increase package. In the second, he saw unintended consequences in unelected Melania’s pet legislative process and Speaker Johnson would not allow amendments.
It’s all part of the all too familiar politics of personal destruction, where, “yuge” ego seeks revenge on any who oppose, support is bestowed on supplicants who fawn, and attacks are ad hominem logical fallacies.
This is what Trump wants to replace Massie with, and cultists in the 4th District are falling for it? I’m not trusting that poll, because right now she only has 53 Truth followers and 176 on Facebook. One suggested she’d get more exposure on X, but I think her campaign is afraid of the rationing she’d get from Constitutionalists sick of all the BS.

So much for “We’re just going to take out the nukes, honest.”
Did someone way “regime change“?
Let’s see, how do they retaliate?
We strike military targets. They target civilians.
Let’s see what happens to that “increasing appetite” when their people here start doing that. Speaking of which, file this under “WTF?”
I want the Constitution observed. Since this affects me and mine, I want my representatives to weigh in. Calling someone who agrees with that a “pathetic loser” is ad hominem, a logical fallacy. It does not speak well to position or character.
Oh, and I’d like to see the evidence.
Still, we would be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge how we got to this point.

Seems to me ignoring the Constitutional delegation of the power to declare war to Congress has produced nothing but catastrophe since the end of WWII. If we’re going to risk WWIII, I want to have a say in it through my representatives.
It’s both amazing and depressing to see how knee-jerk hostile many self-identified MAGA types get on social media at the suggestion that we might just want to listen to the Founders on this. Ditto for some gun owners, who aren’t grokking a text, history, and tradition parallel…
I guess they’re ready for martial law, ration cards, and suspension of rights. Either that or they think it will always just be something we see on the news.
Very few seem to be asking “Cui bono?” or connecting dots to the “Deep State” Trump campaigned against.
