Notes from the Resistance
They have removed their post but they’re still getting knocked around on X and this will follow them around forever.
No doubt some legal risk management type thought they’d better get ahead of potential product lawsuits with a disclaimer, kinda like Glock distancing itself from add-on switches.
It won’t work, of course, because lawfare in the name of public safety is just a cynical tactic being employed toward a greater strategic goal.

We’re going north to Alaska this morning.
I’ll be joining the show at 10 AM Eastern.
Nothin’ in particular, we’re just gonna talk.
Since President Donald J. Trump signed the âProtecting Second Amendment Rightsâ executive order in February, his Department of Justice has done exactly the oppositeârelentlessly defending the federal governmentâs unconstitutional gun control regime. Instead of using the Justice Departmentâs vast power to secure Americansâ right to keep and bear arms, the Trump DOJ has used it to fight against the Peopleâeven taking extreme positions in court to resist injunctions that block the governmentâs enforcement of gun laws that federal judges have already found unconstitutional. Why some feel compelled to leave guns in their cars is left unaddressed. But by “enforcing” the mayor means authorizing men with guns to ignore state preemption and use violence to take citizens hostage.
Looks like Van the Man doesn’t much like the First Amendment, either. That’s a lot easier when you can ignore the Second with impunity.
