The Philadelphia Story

The Philadelphia Police Department (PPD) has deployed SHOTPOINT®, Databuoy’s life-saving gunshot localization and detection system, to help reduce gun violence throughout the City of Philadelphia. [More]

So… how many lives has it saved, and how much “gun violence” has it reduced?

Or are we just talking about another boondoggle to reward favored lobbyists with tax plunder and make it look like the city fathers have a grip on things? Any bets on seeing a pronounced and attributable dip in the numbers, or will it work as well as the paid snitch program?

Another thing I can’t tell: Is the person who wrote this a “real reporter” or a PR flack, and what’s the difference, anyway?

And not to stir up trouble or anything, but with all the emphasis Philly puts on DEI, do these people look a little white to you?

Adventures in Baselessness

In the 2020 election, more than 1-in-5 voters who submitted ballots by mail say they did so fraudulently, a survey from Rasmussen Reports and the Heartland Institute reveals. [More]

So is anybody going to, you know, DO anything about it?

Then again, I can see where some would be motivated to tell a pollster that, Republicans to up the number and Democrats just to say “F*** you, Republicans.”

Speaking of a Public Nuisance…

“These may be the first two lawsuits filed by the Statewide Affirmative Firearms Enforcement office, but they will not be the last,” Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin (D) said in a news conference. “We’re putting everyone else in the gun industry on notice.” [More]

So you deserve to get raped because of that short skirt you wore and how dare you direct citizens to where things are legal…?

This Platkin creature is quite the zealous little fascist. It seems personal.

You know how you can tell he’s lying…?

Not Very Neighborly

“Over the course of their investigation, which included interviews with both Lindlers and witnesses, detectives determined the elder Lindler told his son to shoot the victim,” Lexington Sheriff Jay Koon said in a statement. “The shooting happened after the elder Lindler had taken a machete away from the victim, who was unarmed when he was shot and lived near the Lindlers on Seleta Circle.” [More]

So who talked to whom?

And if that’s the case, it’s no longer about property rights or self-defense and they deserve what they’re getting.

We’re the Only Ones Securing the Blessings of Liberty One Menacing Extortion Demand at a Time Enough

“You’ve been watching too many shows and reading too many books,” the agents respond. “I’m sure we’ll find you again someday.” [More]

What are “the agents” names? That bullying arrogance needs names and faces attached to it.

Why did he talk to them at all? Any denial that can be proven false is a felony and a lifetime gun ban. They’re obviously trying to entrap him and from what I’m hearing, they may have unless he surreptitiously gets rid of it.

And why does the tab in the USA Today article read “Conspiracy theories abound…” ? What “conspiracy theories” does the “real reporter” document? Or is this just more of what we’ve some to expect from Gannett Publications…?

Funny, how the first heinous act of supprerssor abuse they could come up with to show how they’re too dangerous to trust the public with was:

A former Los Angeles Police Department officer armed with a Glock pistol and AR-15, both affixed with silencers, shot and killed four people in February 2013.

And in any case, they did not establish how the suppressor on the gun made it any more deadly or allowed the perps to get away with it, or had any more effect on what happened than the color shirt the killers wore. Hey, when you have a herd to spook, they’re not apt to sense a correlation/causation logical fallacy.

Supreme Court sides with woman forced to her knees by police when she was 83 [More]

Looks like they don’t get qualified immunity for this one, but what I’m not clear on is does the department pay or the officers themselves, or all? And will she still be alive to collect by the time this settles?

SAD ROBOT ChatGPT may have become ‘seasonally depressed’ as creators race to fix AI after users moan over bizarre change [More]

Well, we already knew it lies and hallucinates.

Just what we neeed: a bipolar schizophrenic digital overmind ruling over us more efficiently than the organic analog lunatics trying to do it now.

How is it you once couldn’t carry a gun in a National Park without the damn Marxists screaming about not having an environmental impact study, but we can open the borders to Third World hordes, jab everybody with untested clot shots, subject children to puberty blockers, and turn control over to Skynet without Democrats and Swamp Vichycons batting an eye?

If You See Something Say Something

Boston Mayor Michelle Wu plans no WHITES holiday party for councilors: Aide accidentally sent group email invite meant only for ‘electeds of color’ [More]

So Cucky isn’t invited?

And yeah, of course she wants your guns. That goes hand-in-hand with politicians who keep “enemies lists.”

Besides, it’s not like her parents left Taiwan completely behind.

And it figures the biggest gripe from someone with her background who was able to take advantage of all the opportunities here would be how racist America is (that is, white people are). She’ll show them!

Back to the party: Who payed for it? Because it looks like she doubled down on it.

If tax dollars were involved, that sounds like something DOJ should be told about.

REQUIESCAT IN PACE

Vince Cefalu.

I just found out while talking to another ATF whistleblower on the phone who I plan on interviewing.

The guy was instrumental in helping Mike and me navigate through Fast and Furious. Funny who you develop respect and affection for along the way…

I can think of no better tribute to the man than the comments on his Facebook.

I’ll light a cigar and pour a couple fingers of the good stuff tonight in his memory and honor.

UPDATE

I remembered my signed copy of Ratsnakes.

It was just like that ****** to sign it upside down!

The Last Roundup

I’ve been meaning to do something more with these Good ‘O Boy Roundup videos since I got them last month but have not been able to fit it in with all the other stuff demanding attention. That’s because they have to be gone through to find relevant parts, because most of the footage is not, there’s duplication and they could stand someone who knows how to edit/consolidate them.

For younger readers unfamiliar with the story of the racist ATF shindig, JPFO posted a summary.

So before I forget, let’s just post the email tip here:

Good morning, David.

Been a while!  I hope you are doing well.  Just wanted to let you know that I have a copy of the Good O’ Boys roundup video that was filmed by Richard Hayward and the Gadsden Minutemen in 1995.

It took five years of FOIA requests but I have it now in 3 different versions.  With your work on the ATF in particular I thought you might find them of interest. They’ve now been upload to the Internet Archives so everyone has access to them.

There You Have It, They Want You Dead

By equating self-defense with murder, this contemptible Feinblatt… thing … obviously would have preferred Trayvon to have beaten George Zimmerman’s skull into the ground until he was dead. The same goes for anyone who uses a gun to keep an attacker from killing them.

There is no limit to these @$$holes’ lies.

Perhaps. But when I was on (video taken down, natch), I found his questions interesting and fair and appreciated the opportunity to reach a much wider audience–when he would let me get a word in edgewise.

Hunter Biden Second Amendment Defense Could Upend Democrat Agenda on Guns

If Biden’s motion ultimately prevails, other categories of prohibited persons become vulnerable to challenge, as well as records required to be kept by Federal Firearms Licensees, which themselves have no historical counterpart. The possibilities for reclaiming rights seem boundless. [More]

Attack of the Fudds!

Let me guess: New to the area…? And Democrat…?

This reminds me of the innumerable stories of housing developments built near established gun ranges and then the noise complaints start coming in. I remember one where claims they were being endangered by stray gunfire were “bolstered” with spent cases. Ah, here it is

I wish the original “editorial” that prompted that response was still available, but I couldn’t find it at the Wayback Machine

Note to Fudds, with the understanding that the term does not apply to hunters/sport shooters who defend the whole Second Amendment: We “extremists” still stand up for your rights. That kind of shows those who undermine ours for the ungrateful, subversive, and ultimately suicidal useful idiots that they are.
