If true, PLCAA should not apply, and it will at least make it easier to point out grabtard “immunity” lies.

A former Baltimore City police officer was indicted on child sex crimes… Larry Tucker, 56, is facing 16 sexual offense counts, including nine felony counts of sex abuse with a minor… In an indictment issued by a Baltimore City Grand Jury, Tucker was also charged with two felony counts of sexual solicitation of a minor, along with felony child pornography, and conspiracy to commit sexual offense charges. Notice they always make a point of saying “former” when the alleged crimes were committed while the “Only Ones” were “current”?

New Mexico’s Governor Claims An AR-15 Is An Automatic Weapon That No One Should Own [Watch]
She knows she’s lying. MSNBC knows she’s lying. It’s an old lie, one that “our side” has exposed ad nauseam, and one the grabtards use repeatedly and shamelessly in spite of that. The other lie is that We the People don’t have the right to own “every terrible implement of the soldier.”
The only people who don’t know she’s lying are those stupid enough to vote for her and to go to MSNBC to be informed, and in particular, Morning Joe.

The judge would have 24 hours to decide on a protection order after a request is filed. If granted, the judge would then have 14 days to set a hearing during which the flagged person would have to prove they do not pose a significant risk. [More]
Time was even a child immediately grasped the tyrannical absurdity of:
Let’s see how many “small dick” rebuttals this gets.

Scott argued he can unify the GOP with a positive, forward-looking message built around a compelling personal story and upbeat demeanor… [More]
I dunno… we’ve already seen some of the Swamp-protecting results of that “Wall Street backing”…
Never forget he picked Lisa Murkowski over Kelly Tshibaka. That and he’s a lying prior restraint/no real due process gun-grabber.
The fat cats want him because they think he’ll be able to diffuse accusations that they’re racists. If they think that’ll faze the Democrats one bit, they’re delusional.
The British government stopped providing security after Harry and his wife, Meghan, quit their royal duties and moved to California in 2020. A lawyer for the government argued in court that it should allow hiring of “police officers as private bodyguards for the wealthy.” Harry has said he doesn’t feel safe visiting Britain with his young children, and has cited aggressive press photographers. [More]
While Wallis Simps…uh…Meghan sucks up to the Demanding Moms…? And since when are we admitting the “gun-safety” realm isn’t safe?
I was all for piling on until I read Harry wants to sic them on the DSM. Now I’m torn.
Still, I keep coming back to Thomas Paine…

Delusional. And how irredeemably broken do you need to be to not be able to be trusted with a hammer?

Buried in the detailed account is a little noticed footnote stating that Clinton General Counsel Marc Elias “declined to be voluntarily interviewed by the Office.” Likewise, Durham noted that “no one at Fusion GPS … would agree to voluntarily speak with the Office” while both the DNC and Clinton campaign invoked privileges to refuse to answer certain questions. [More]
And you know what Congress will do with that?
The same thing the OIG did (didn’t do) when it “exonerated” (that’s what the media called it) Eric Holder in Gunwalker:
Case in point, Chapter One of the report identifies key individuals who declined to be interviewed, significantly including “Criminal Chief [Patrick J.] Cunningham [who] declined through counsel our request for a follow-up interview…We also requested an interview with Kevin O’Reilly, a member of the White House’s National Security Staff[who] declined our request through his personal counsel.”

The right-wing movement surrounding Daniel Penny is barbaric – Republicans and right-wing pundits see vigilante brutality as something to champion. [More]
Parroting talking points — how “progressive” and original.
Per the DSM, defending people against attacks by violent lunatics at great personal risk is vigilantism, and Republicans are just not as civilized as the native Pakistan that first-generation anchor commie Zeeshan Aleem’s parents fled.

As I said on Monday, the gloves have come off and the powers that be at the NRA have created an implacable enemy in former 1st VP Willes Lee. Now that he is free from the constraints of being both an officer and a member of the Special Litigation Committee, Lee is feeling no remorse about starting to air dirty laundry. [More]
When I met him in Pittsburgh last October at the 2022 NRA-ILA Firearms Law & the Second Amendment Symposium, I thought from the impression I had of him being a Fairfax loyalist that he’d have a real problem with me. Instead, he was gracious, told me voices like mine needed to be heard, and asked me to introduce him to Stephen Stamboulieh. The possibility was there in the back of my mind but I didn’t get the sense I was being played.
Seeing how his years of being the good soldier have been repaid you gotta wonder why– and why Wayne et al. thought that was a good idea. Maybe now that he’s freeing himself up to be candid about its inner workings, perhaps we’ll find out why, as it’s increasingly obvious that his loyalty is to NRA as an institution and its staff.
NRA in Danger blog has more background.
Since assault weapons bans aren’t coming back and AR-15-style rifles are here to stay, the most important thing we can do is modernize the background check system, around which there’s a modicum of bipartisan consensus. [More]
What, you mean the system that the National Institute of Justice says requires registration to be effective, and that criminals won’t subject themselves to anyway…?
Still, nice of him to admit they don’t have the juice to get rid of them. In The New York Times, no less…
