What I still don’t understand: What if it’s not “in common use” by the public, but is by the military/LE, like post-’86 select-fire rifles?

The state of Florida never provided medically necessary gender-affirming care to Duane Owen — causing her enormous suffering and violating her right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment for the more than 30 years she was in state custody. [More]

I wonder how much enormous suffering, rights violation, and cruel and unusual punishment this monster inflicted on the women he raped and murdered.

The ACLU certainly is showing us what it’s all about, and based on the ratioing, the more people see it, the better it appears to be.

Remind her that you matter and you are furious that she would allow you to become a felon for exercising your rights. Speaking of Sending Hither Swarms of Officers to Harass Our People…

During my visit to Highwood Creek Outfitters, I learned that the IRS confiscated all the 4473 forms from the store. This means that the sensitive personal information of any customer ever to purchase a firearm at Highwood Creek Outfitters is now in the hands of the IRS. These background check forms include no financial information, and there is no discernable reason why the IRS would need these forms. The IRS committed an egregious breach of privacy for Montana’s gun owners, and I am outraged that the agents involved showed no regard for federal law. Although there are still some murky details regarding the events at Highwood Creek Outfitters. There is no circumstance in which 4473’s would be necessary in an investigation spearheaded by the IRS.
