Sure he would have been.
If every apartment complex in America now needs security gates and guards on golf carts, simple economics says that can’t be done and there will be no more affordable housing.
This looks more like white ambulance chasers ginning up pity by trotting out sobbing minority victims in order to extort a property owner and a deep pocket insurance company to settle rather than bear mounting, extended legal costs of trials and appeals. Who thinks they care about what damage is done to the environment we all live in as long as they get theirs?
