Silent on the Details

According to sources, the US Postal Service has stated that they are no longer going to permit the shipping of suppressors through the US mails. If true, this would be an unlawful prohibition as Mark Smith, Four Boxes Diner, explains here [Watch]

How have they stated it? Did an FFL get a letter? An email? A phone call? From whom?

He must really trust his source. That they’re so reluctant to come forward and provide proof gives me pause.

Ruse of the Fisherman

Pope Leo hits beaches of popular European migrant entry point after criticizing global immigration policies … “I like the Vatican state’s migration policy. If someone enters illegally or with violence, they are fined, imprisoned and banned from entry. I would like a similar migration policy for Spain,” Abascal told reporters Monday. [More]

They put those walls up for a reason. They’re hypocrites on guns, too.

Chi-Town Leo is turning out to be every bit the antipope Francis was.

A Right Delayed

Why?

But the judge issued an order stopping everything. And here’s the kicker. He did it because of a move pulled by the anti-gun Attorney General Jay Jones. The state is using a rule called the Multiple Claimant Litigation Act. Because gun owners are fighting back in four different counties across Virginia, the attorney general petitioned the Virginia State Supreme Court to clump all four of those lawsuits together and move them to one single court. Most likely a court where they think a judge will side with the state. A la Richmond.

Through a Glass Darkly

Cuba’s Eternal Revolution Through the Prism of Insurgency, Socialism, and Espionage (2024) is a fantastic book, written by a friend of mine for over forty years. Dr. Miguel Faria lived through the revolution with his family and friends and escaped to the once freedom of the United States at the tender age of thirteen with his parents. This is the story of the revolution in Cuba and more– much more, such as the story of men’s bravery and indomitable courage against Fidel Castro’s communism… [More]

How familiar with Dr. Faria’s work are you? He’s knows firsthand and through a lifetime of study where American Marxists are leading us. I can’t emphasize strongly enough how it’s in our interests to learn from him.

Tell me you’ve at least read this.

Of Course You Realize This Means War

Osborn proposed a preemptive “red flag” law targeting owners of “assault-style rifles,” which would require gun owners to undergo a mental health evaluation every five years to re-register those weapons. [More]

How many divisions does Osborn have?

What an @$$hole.

The Not-So-Great Replacement

American tech professionals should accept low-wage teaching jobs in rural Alaska and let H-1B migrant Indians enjoy the high-wage jobs in sunny cosmopolitan Silicon Valley, says Vivek Wadhwa, an Indian-born tech investor. [More]

Besides, the other Vivek says “The idea of a heritage American is … loony,” and our “gun rights leaders” say stop the hate– just wait a couple generations and they’ll be our pals.

The NeverEnding Story

At least 16 states have now put 3D gun laws on the books, with seven states adding major legislation this year. [More]

And, of course, it’s not just 3D guns they want to ban.

So… how many lawsuits must rights advocates pay for, in how many districts and circuits, with no clear resolve on the part of the Supreme Court to order “shall not be infringed,” on Congress to pass sanctions, and on DOJ to enforce rights? Bits and pieces are offered and bits and pieces are taken back. But it will never happen unless and until there is a clear “or else” promise behind our demands.

Anybody seeing a groundswell that can’t be ignored for that?

Maybe You CAN Judge a Book by Its Cover…

Books that have sparked fierce battles in Texas schools over sexually explicit content are available through the library of the Austin church where Democrat U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico both attends and preaches. An online catalog for St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church includes titles such as “Gender Queer,” “All Boys Aren’t Blue, This Book Is Gay,” and “Me and Earl and the Dying Girl”—books critics have argued contain graphic sexual content inappropriate for minors. Cue indignant outrage from the same people who want to ban Mark Twain and Harper Lee.

Freudian Quip

Democratic Senate hopeful Graham Platner used to spout bizarre fantasies about raping home-invaders… “He was like, ‘I would rape them to show them that I’m dominant,’” … adding Platner would clarify that he wouldn’t be raping the hypothetical intruders in “a sexual way, not in a gay way.” [More]

So… not “rape-rape“? Will he use his “assault weapon”?

Knowing Democrat Party leadership and voters would rather have this sick f_ than a moderate Republican should tell us all we need to know about “our friends (with benefits?) across the aisle.”

These are the moral defectives who presume to have power over us, and to have authority to disarm us?

Why am I flashing on a Joe Biden/Russell Vanderwerf hybrid tactic, where he rapes them through the door?

Sorry, some stories are just so weird my mind goes places it shouldn’t.

The Out-of-Touch Untouchable

Grnc

The clock is ticking. The 2025–2026 legislative session has roughly two to three weeks remaining, and HB 674 — Rep. Jay Adams’ Firearms Liberty Act, which would establish lifetime concealed handgun permits for law-abiding North Carolinians — is sitting idle in the Senate Rules Committee. The House has already done its job. HB 674 passed the House and now waits on the Senate to act. Senate Rules Chair Bill Rabon controls whether this bill gets a committee hearing — or dies quietly without one. That choice is his. And right now, he’s making the wrong one. [More]

You can tell a lot about “Republicans” when you see how they behave when the votes tell them they are politically invulnerable. This guy thinks he doesn’t even have to try, as evidenced by his discontinued website and paying no attention to his X account for years.

I don’t suppose he’d be interested in no permits at all…?
