Jersey Devil

The Office of New Jersey Attorney General Davenport has sent subpoenas to New Jersey federally licensed firearms dealers (FFLs) demanding detailed records pertaining to sales of Glock firearms from January 2016 until June 15, 2026, News2A recently learned. The action, which is related to the December 2024 lawsuit brought against Glock called Davenport v. Glock (formerly Platkin v. Glock), could create a public record doxing New Jersey gun owners who have purchased Glock pistols, along with personally identifiable information… “This is a logistical nightmare. It could take some people years to comply with this,” one New Jersey FFL owner told News2A. [More]

So, have any prominent FFLs pledged to refuse to comply and not give up names?

Would you submit to this?

Home on the Range

Adams told deputies he had been shooting a new Glock .45-caliber handgun he bought for himself for Christmas, and he showed police where he had been shooting in his backyard at a Red Bull on the ground. [More]

So… what the hell’s this:

And what do those “basic rules” they sign off on in #14 say?

See, this is why we need to let Jonathan Lowy and Mexico sue Glock, right?

What a moron. The shooter, but OK, him too.

And to think prags argued it’s the absolutists who “make us all look bad.”

Who Knows? But It Wouldn’t Surprise Me

If so, they ain’t talking yet.

Won’t the antis be able to use this on discontinued models as an admission?

Glock-Blocking

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed a law banning sales of one of the most popular types of handgun in the U.S… It covers handguns manufactured by Glock, as well as similarly designed pistols, that use a “cruciform trigger bar,” which lawmakers said makes them easily convertible to fully automatic fire. [More]

So that’s what being “a trusted partner of law enforcement” gets you…

That and “compromising” to save your skin

The “cool” thing is the “Only Ones” exemption is still there! That might actually be what keeps the PLCAA in play, although I’m sure there are Democrat activist federal judges eager to impose nationwide injunctions.

And I’m sure there’ll be no shortage of gun companies eager to keep the enforcers armed and ready to confiscate.

Some ‘splainin’ to Do

I believe the news article that the Glock rep demanded to view the 4473’s. First, it’s stated by a commenter on Ammoland who provided a link. Second, the link is a detailed news article. Three, Glock didn’t sue the gun store or news entity into oblivion for defamation. [More]

It’s not like they’re 2A purists

Coincidence…?

Good find and follow up, especially in light of still unanswered CZ/Colt Canada questions.

I’m going to join him in asking “What’s up?”

Et Tu, Glock?

Glock Supporting Gun-Control in Oklahoma – Glock Sides With Gun Control: A Betrayal of the Second Amendment [More]

Because the Second Amendment obviously wasn’t meant to protect “weapons of war,” right?

What self-serving weasels. Who do they think they are? Bill Ruger?

First they came for the MCDs… Do these quislings really think Polyphemus will eat them last?

As for David Hardin, on the plus side he co-sponsored an NRA/ORA Day resolution.

You know about ORA, right? The grassroots “gun rights leaders” who opposed permitless carry without background checks and training…?

With friends like these…

Goldilocks Gun Control

Survivors of the 2022 Brooklyn subway shooting are suing Glock—not because the gun malfunctioned, or was illegally obtained—but because it’s marketed as “compact and concealable.” That’s like suing Ferrari because their cars go too fast. [More]

This one’s too small. This one’s too big. None will be “just right.”

F-word these “survivors,” and the shysters and totalitarians behind them.

‘On Behalf of Our Criminal Constituents…’

A lawsuit alleges Glock makes and sells guns that are easily turned into illegal machine guns, the state of Maryland and the city of Baltimore announced Wednesday morning. Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown, Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott and local law firms announced the lawsuit, alleging the handgun manufacturer facilitates the proliferation of illegal machine guns. Going with What Works

Both the White House and ATF have turned down multiple House Oversight inquiries into charges of ‘collusion’ with Chicago’s lawsuit against Glock [More]

Gee, when have we seen a Democrat administration stonewall House Oversight on gun-related scandals before…?
