I want the Constitution observed. Since this affects me and mine, I want my representatives to weigh in. Calling someone who agrees with that a “pathetic loser” is ad hominem, a logical fallacy. It does not speak well to position or character.
Oh, and I’d like to see the evidence.

Seems to me ignoring the Constitutional delegation of the power to declare war to Congress has produced nothing but catastrophe since the end of WWII. If we’re going to risk WWIII, I want to have a say in it through my representatives.
It’s both amazing and depressing to see how knee-jerk hostile many self-identified MAGA types get on social media at the suggestion that we might just want to listen to the Founders on this. Ditto for some gun owners, who aren’t grokking a text, history, and tradition parallel…
I guess they’re ready for martial law, ration cards, and suspension of rights. Either that or they think it will always just be something we see on the news.
Very few seem to be asking “Cui bono?” or connecting dots to the “Deep State” Trump campaigned against.

Noting it’s by AP, I read this as a preparatory contingency for after the Democrats “win” that sets the stage for provocateurs to incite some low-hanging fruit. That way, the regime can consolidate power by cracking down on the wider “greatest threat,” that is, anyone to the right of the Vichycons.

In addition, Carville, who served as the lead strategist on Bill Clinton’s winning 1992 presidential campaign, called for leftists to launch an armed uprising if Trump beats Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris.

She did the same thing on PBS and on the pejoratively-titled “Gun crazy in America” for CNN (where Alan Korwin acquitted himself nicely against multiple attackers in the form of the other “guest” and moderator Amanpour).
The attack shows the duality of media-driven public acceptance of attacks on civilians. The Islamists do it and then embed themselves in the populace so any retaliation will result in collateral damages and condemnation. If the Israelis responded in kind against Tehran, the world would be going crazy against them.
Speaking of deescalating the conflict:

Look for Christiane to bemoan the Palestinian terrorists getting shot by security forces with “Gun crazy in Israel.”

I can’t speak to the credibility of this information.
What I can speak to is this is very similar to how, from the onset, Mike and I tested Fast and Furious gunwalking allegations, and here we have claims that different whistleblowers have independently corroborated each other.
Does that make it true?
Of course not. This could be conspiracy misinformation/disinformation. We don’t know if motivation is the truth or an agenda. People could have said the same about us — and did.
What it does is justify bringing it to the attention of those with the resources to investigate further, in government, law enforcement, and the media, and I expect about the same reactions/nonreactions we got when we were banging pots and pans to get noticed.
Let’s hope Trump and his people have the capability to get to the bottom of this before anything happens. And if it does, let’s make sure no one who could have done something can deny knowing anything about it.

Follow the money. Then apply RICO prosecutions. How is someone physically preventing me from going where I choose not a coercive attempt at hostage taking that justifies responding with a continuum of force until they stop?
The way I see it, if I block a stranger in public, he has every right to knock me on my @$$ and keep going– and we know it’s often not that simple. Why should what applies to the individual not apply to the collective?
And what about civil remedies? If held up by a mob, sue participants by name if known, or as John Does…? And name financial backers in class action lawsuits.
