We’re the Only Ones Asking Enough

Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office published a post on Twitter and Facebook stating Florida’s new permit-less concealed carry law “requires” law enforcement to question people who are carrying concealed firearms & weapons to verify their eligibility. The law makes no such requirement, and JSO was directly challenged regarding this unconscionable lie. JSO subsequently revised the post text to read that law enforcement “may” ask questions regarding one’s eligibility. [More]
