Taking a Hard Left

Democrats Rally Behind New Yorker Jeffries to Succeed Pelosi as House Leader [More]

Emboldened by the “red wave,” are we?

We’re talking about a “gun sense candidate” who admits background checks are for registration and let (Freudian) slip his inspiration by a communist dictator.

I may just have to do an article as the furor for this totalitarian wannabe heats up…

Much Ado about What, Exactly?

Krasner’s impeachment trial will go to the Pennsylvania Senate, where Republicans have a 29-21 majority. State law requires a two-thirds majority vote to remove Krasner from office. [More]

Anybody care to make a wager on if this will really be that “day of reckoning” “red wave”-promising Republicans are hyping it up to be?

Good Riddance

David Brock Leaves Media Matters for Undisclosed Reasons [More]

Based on his past behaviors, I’m hoping for a juicy scandal. It would be interesting to see what reasons people would come up with if someone hosted a write-in poll.

But what if it’s something tragic and serious? Wouldn’t I feel bad?

About as bad as the lying hive insects over at Media Matters would if something bad happened to me…

In the Spirit of Bipartisanship

The Republicans who joined the leftists in the Democrat party included: Roy Blunt of Missouri, Richard Burr of North Carolina, Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia, Susan Collins of Maine, Joni Ernst of Iowa, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Rob Portman of Ohio, Mitt Romney of Utah, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Thom Tillis of North Carolina and Todd Young of Indiana. We’re the Only Ones Alien Invading Enough

Arnu said both his homes were raided “without warning” on Nov. 3 “by 15-20 agents in full riot gear.” The agents broke open the doors while Arnu was in the Rachel home and his girlfriend at the Las Vegas one, and then they “were detained and treated in the most disrespectful way.” [More]

Because a knock on the door and a deputy handing him a warrant and explaining what the issue was wouldn’t have “secure[d] the Blessings of Liberty” anywhere near as much as deploying jackboots to initiate paralyzing terror against a citizen looking for answers. Besides, it’s not like Russian and Chicom satellites can see anything a drone bought at Best Buy might miss.

Here’s the great threat to national security.

And here it is before he took some stuff down.

We’re the Only Ones Hush-Hush Enough

LAPD detective accused of trying to buy silencer online [More]

So if we’re to believe the commies over at the Center for American Progress (and why wouldn’t we?), he “pose[d] a unique risk to public safety”…?

As an aside, that’s a lot of “Only Ones” groups backing infringements. Remember that the next time some “law-abiding” über alles chump tells you “Back the Blue!” with a straight face.

Voting with Their Wallets

Oregon State Police saw a spike in requests for Firearms Instant Check System (FICS) background requests leading up to and especially following the midterm election. [More]

They’d better hurry:

While many assumed that the implementation date would be 30 days after the election was actually “certified” (given that votes were being counted long after Nov 7th) now we are being told the Secretary of State has no plans to wait and the ban of new gun sales and magazines will begin December 8th.

I have an AmmoLand piece on Measure 114 in the publishing queue.

Roach Clip

Harstfield also said the attack on his food truck was a hate crime, as he is black and gay… Tuesday, Hartsfield was charged with both arson and insurance fraud in connection to the fire that destroyed his food truck. [More]

If you can’t trust the proprietor of a vegan roach coach, who can you trust?

I’ll have the Jussie Smollett special served up with a side of irony, noting who he (allegedly) ended up ripping off on GoFundMe…

And we should preserve this before it goes away:

Adventures in Baselessness

Physical ballots and v-drives were reportedly taken to a closed building without observers present and kept there for six hours before being taken to the counting center. This would shatter the chain of custody along with breaking the law that the ballots go directly to the counting center. The plaintiffs say they can further show the county mailed official ballots to unverified voters and deleted at least 2,778 records of requests for mail-in ballots. [More]

Damn deniers.
