Walker, Texas Changer

Senate candidate Herschel Walker is facing renewed allegations of carpetbagging, ahead of next week’s runoff election in Georgia, for claiming a special property tax break in Texas and making statements about living in the Lone Star State while campaigning to unseat Sen. Raphael Warnock, D-Ga. [More]

Between this, the baby mamas, and the vulnerability to the abortion charges, I’m wondering if the GOP and Trump were just so enamored by celebrity potential and exploitable race that they failed to do any basic vetting at all. Either that or Team Swamp knew and wanted this outcome.

This is ridiculous, and to be just finding out about it now is inexcusable. And pointing out how Democrats do it misses the point. Anyone who doesn’t realize they don’t have to play by the rules is negligently naive, and besides, “our side” is supposed to walk the talk.

We’re the Only Ones Overkilling Enough

On Nov. 29, 2012, a police chase involving 60 police cruisers through multiple cities in Northeast Ohio ended with 13 officers firing 137 shots into a car leading to the deaths of two unarmed individuals, Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams. [More]

They almost tied with Bonnie and Clyde!

The important thing is, they all made it home at the end of their shift.

The War on Truth

“We were censored, shadowbanned, deplatformed for sharing stats, facts and scientific data taken from the government’s own websites about COVID-19 — the same facts the current director of the CDC, Fauci, and others are now saying are true after two plus years of denying these facts. We were right all along”… [More]

When Black Friday Comes

Received via email:

Noted this recent news item:

“Numbers released Monday show that the FBI ran 192,749 National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background checks on Black Friday 2022.” (and 711,372 total for the week) — Did not include the number rejected and I don’t expect to ever see a final tally of justified rejections vs. approved on reexamination.

Inexcusable

Authorities said Lopez left a loaded .45 pistol in his living room when he went to bed. The following morning, officials said the 6-year-old boy found the gun and began playing with it when it went off, killing him. [More]

Tragic. Outrageous. If he’s an otherwise decent human being, he’ll suffer hell on earth for the rest of his life.

And it’s so unnecessary. We raised two boys. Rational coexistence simply isn’t that hard to attain.

We’re the Only Ones Systemic Enough

Nearly 400 law enforcement officials rushed to mass shooting that left 21 people dead at a Uvalde elementary school but “systemic failures” created a chaotic scene that lasted more than an hour before the gunman was finally confronted and killed, according to a report from investigators released Sunday. [More]

“Systemic failures”… is that what they’re calling cowardice these days?

And yeah, this is several months old– I just don’t recall seeing the “400” number before.

Right Neighborly of Them

Armed neighbors detain man after break-in at St. Charles home with kids, sheriff’s officials say [More]

Funny… their guns didn’t kill, either…

The grabbers would rather he’d succeeded. And murdered the mom and kids with a gun so they’d have something new to scream about.

Maybe they can still salvage something by smearing the neighbors as “vigilantes.”

With Friends Like These

The indictment against Cory Davis, 41, was unsealed Monday, weeks after he sent a photo of his young son holding two of the weapons to a group chat with family and friends on Nov. 7, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office said. The photo alarmed one of the recipients, who notified the NYPD, and sent it the snap, prosecutors said. [More]

So they got a man who’s an absolute danger to no one “off the streets”…

I’ll bet whoever the Nazi snitch turns out to be was pleasant Thanksgiving company. One can only hope they are outed and shunned, for starters…

America’s gun epidemic is deadlier than ever, and there are vast disparities in who’s dying [More]

Lemme guess: No one is being murdered by NRA members?

A ‘Gun Control’ Law That Could Work

On Tuesday, Nov. 22, she filed Senate Bill 0010 which “requires a person to obtain an enhanced or concealed handgun permit to carry a handgun in certain counties,” and those counties are Davidson and Shelby. [More]

If you think about it, the only way this could help protect her constituents is if they are criminals.

A Right Delayed

Redwood City approves temporary ordinance prohibiting gun shops [More]

“Temporary” as it can go on for two years and then they’ll enact another one.

So the majority can deny rights to minorities– just like the “good old days”?

What did Dr. King say about “justice delayed”?

Show me the prospective store owner with the resources to fight it. There are “historical understanding” grounds, you know:

This reliance on a permanent private market for firearms guaranteed that most militiamen, through their own efforts, could always obtain firearms suitable for both collective and individual self-defense, and forestalled tyranny by precluding rogue public officials from monopolizing the production, distribution, and possession of firearms.

But a prospective gun store owner can’t afford to stage an extended challenge. How about it, FPC and/or CRPA?

A Predetermined Outcome

Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes was convicted Tuesday of seditious conspiracy for a violent plot to overturn President Joe Biden’s election, handing the Justice Department a major victory in its massive prosecution of the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection. [More]

You know the questions I haven’t seen answered?

What order did he give to attack the Capitol? When did he give it? Who did he issue the order to?

Attorneys vow to appeal. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that would go to these judges. Noting who appointed most of them does not fill me with optimism, and all the Supreme Court would have to do to let a verdict stand is…nothing.

Leftist propagandist Raw Sory is quoting Constitutional joke Jamie Raskin to say Trump will pardon Rhodes and the other defendants. At this point and without what the conviction lacked, that is, specific substantiation, that seems more like a political tactic to influence the next presidential election.
