UPDATE
And it’s not the Democrats first to throw cold water on it…

Last month Padden, now 74 and retired, joined with a nonprofit group called the Media and Democracy Project (MAP) to urge the Federal Communications Commission to deny Fox’s renewal of its license to operate one of its largest stations, WTXF in Philadelphia, known as Fox29. Padden and MAP argue that Fox lacks the “character” required by the FCC to be a license holder, because of post-election misinformation spread by another company entity: Fox News.
“Fox has undermined our democracy and has radicalized a segment of our population by presenting knowingly false narratives about the legitimacy of the 2020 election,” Padden wrote in a statement supporting MAP’s petition, which accuses Fox of “intentional, knowing news distortion.” [More]

Hey, if it’s good enough for Kim Jong Un…
I’m no Faux News loyalist, but anyone who doesn’t see what evil monsters those behind this are is oblivious to their own proximity to the lime pit when they’re no longer useful.

Who will win the 2024 US presidential election? [More]
Not that Biden will end up being the candidate…
I see this got a link on the Drudge Democrat influencer site.
I checked back and PredictIt ran numbers on the last election, too, and that made me wonder if that opens the door to a legal challenge from those who lost money that could force election results evidence to be examined…

Issue 1 supporters can’t count on getting a fair shake in the media, which increasingly portrays them as “a basket of deplorables” (and that’s being nice). As usual, it’s up to them to educate themselves and spread the word. [More]
If you’re an Ohio gun voter, the only way this will pass is if you get involved and help make it pass.
Now that Fractal makes every address in any county visible, across every of those 120 or more columns, and compares them with voter rolls in seconds, from a phone, our 2024 pal Achilles may find us grabbing him by the heel — or maybe somewhere where it hurts even more! [More]
That could be a threat to the election stealers — so look for the commies to up the racism accusation smear jobs and for Google to make sure no one hears of this.

There were multiple weapons and the materials to make some kind of explosive device akin to a Molotov cocktail, but it had not been assembled, according [sic] law enforcement officials familiar with the details. [More]
What kinds of “weapons”?
Everyone realizes if they have a gas can in the garage, an empty bottle, and a rag that they have bomb-making materials according to this “standard”?
This “story” sure is long on innuendo to smear all election integrity-doubting “insurrectionists” as violent nutjobs and short on substantiation.
If I didn’t know better, I’d think this was just another instance of low-hanging fruit federal kabuki theater for headlines.

Well, it’s not like they get asked relevant questions in the job interview…
“Usually, when Senators at confirmation hearings have asked Supreme Court nominees to comment on topical legal and constitutional issues, the nominees have firmly declined to do so.” The report explains. “In those situations, the nominees typically have taken the position that answers to questions which convey their personal views would conflict with their obligation to avoid appearing to make commitments, or provide signals, as to how they would vote as a Justice on future cases.”
