Race-Obsessed Liberal Star Reporter Accused Of Widespread Sexual Harassment [More]

You know what? I’m sorry, and I’d love to see this racist propagandist exposed for what he is, but how sorry am I supposed to feel for “progressive” fem “journalists” who let the guy “ply them” with drinks and are then “pressured” into blowing him?

We’re supposed to believe modern empowered women can do it all and I see this kind of crap, and then compare it to what Whoopie Goldberg PROPERLY, if you ask me, called “rape-rape,” and my takeaway is they’re all self-indulgent Kamala-voting scum who get what they ask for.

It’s a Big Club and You’re In It

The Southern Poverty Law Center is comparing the largest conservative grassroots youth organization to the Ku Klux Klan, adding Turning Point USA to its “hate map” that plots KKK chapters and claims to expose “the groups upholding white supremacy in the United States.” [More]

Basically, if you’re not a communist piece of $#!+, you’re a hater.

Glock Watchers

Democratic lawmakers are trying to make gun laws even harder in New York, including the sale of Glock brand firearms. Legislation passed a senate committee to ban the sale of pistol converters and convertible pistols. The legislation hones in on the firearm brand Glock because the design is easily manipulated. On a Sauer Note

Sig Sauer’s controversial 6.8x51mm XM7 service rifle has now received a formal standard type classification, with the official designation changing to M7. This is a vote of confidence for the weapon weeks after an Army captain publicly criticized the rifle as potentially unsafe, ineffective, and overly expensive, claims that the service and Sig Sauer subsequently vehemently rebutted. I did policies and procedures for a defense contractor and worked plenty of proposals, and there are always audit trails to follow. What’s not known is if any side understandings with decisison makers were reached. Still, there are always threads to pull.

♫ A Three Hour Tour… ♫

Gunfire erupts after a charter boat altercation in South Carolina beach town, police say… The Associated Press reported that an online flyer advertised a party Sunday on a three-hour cruise with a DJ. [More]

Anybody got a copy of the flyer? Why is it I’ve followed links to half a dozen “accounts”real reports” on this and not one of them gives a description or names of the victims or the suspects?

When I was in journalism school, the first thing we learned was the 5 W’s and H, with the first W being “Who.”

After passing along party lines, a bill to raise the age for buying semi-automatic guns heads to Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo’s desk for what could be a veto. Assembly Bill 245 would raise the minimum purchasing age of assault rifles and semi-automatic shotguns to 21 from 18. Despite its passage, the bill looks unlikely to become law because Lombardo vetoed a similar bill in 2023. [More]

Am I wrong to wonder if attempts at supervisory discipline for things as simple as insisting on being on time or doing work will result in gunshots to the face for “disprespecting”…?

Either that or the supervisor will be the more experienced criminal

I remember years ago in L.A. there was a community agitator named Danny Bakewell who ran the Brotherhood Crusade. The news did a segment on him standing with half a dozen young worthies who were part of a new youth jobs initiative he was spearheading. They not only looked universally sullen and unemployable, but made comments like “Not just any jobs. We want to be MANAGERS.” That told you right there they had no clue what a competent manager really has to do and be responsible for, and viewed it instead as somebody who sits on his @$$ and issues orders.

I wonder how many times members of that crew have been caught and released, how many are behind bars, and how many ended up “victims of gun violence .”

Point/Counterpoint

Today, Pennsylvania Gun Rights (PAGR), Firearms Owners Against Crime (FOAC), and Gun Owners of America–Pennsylvania (GOA-PA) are jointly calling for State Representative Frank Burns (D-Cambria) to immediately resign from the Pennsylvania House Second Amendment Caucus following his decisive vote to kill a Constitutional Carry amendment. Let Me Be Absolutely Clear: I Have NEVER Voted Against Constitutional Carry. The claim that I voted against constitutional carry is 100% FALSE. I have never—and will never—vote against your Second Amendment rights. [More]

They can’t both be right.

What would the significance of overturning procedural rules be on overall 2A progress, and why does everything in politics have to be so damn laden with twists, turns, and pitfalls instead of just being straightforward and unambigouous?

That’s a rhetorical question.

And I wonder if this, this, this, and this had any bearing on his decision to make a choice on a rule that had an effect on permtiless carry…

Then again, there’s this to consider (scroll down in comments):

The PA House of Representatives’s single subject rule, as stated in the Pennsylvania Constitution, requires that bills passed by the House must only contain one subject, which is clearly expressed in the title. This rule, found in Article III, Section 3, aims to ensure legislative clarity and prevent “logrolling” or the inclusion of unrelated provisions in a single bill… The Pennsylvania Constitution’s “single subject rule” is found in Article III, Section 3. Here’s the full text:
Article III, Section 3 – Passage of Laws
“No bill shall be passed containing more than one subject, which shall be clearly expressed in its title, except a general appropriation bill or a bill codifying or compiling the law or a part thereof.”
