Q&A

The Supreme Court heard oral argument today in birthright citizen case with implications for 2A. [Watch]

I was hoping some prominent voice in the gun adovcacy community would finally address how immigration demographics threaten 2A, but no such luck. Instead, we get Sonia Sotomayor disingenuously playing devil’s advocate for nationwide injunctions by asking what would happen if a president ordered gun bans and confiscations.

The answer wouldn’t be a legal one.

It hasn’t been done because they wouldn’t dare.

Free-for-All

Progressive prosecutor lets illegal immigrant teen off easy after 90mph crash that killed 24 year-old woman… The 15-year-old Colombian teen, who has not been publicly named because of state laws that shield the identity of underage criminal suspects… [More]

It says he admitted his guilt as part of the plea deal, so he is no longer a damn suspect. He destroyed more than one life and the grieving father being denied any shred of justice reminds me of another father I once knew. That’s the kind of “justice” we can expect everywhere Democrats rule.

A line from a Kristofferson/Joplin hit comes to mind:

Freedom’s just another word for nothin’ left to lose.

We leave some men nothing to lose at our peril, because at that point they’ll feel unrestrained and free to strike back. I can’t think of a more dangerous state for hard leftists than the anarchy they agitate for.

For whatever ghost in the machine reason I’ve found the blog has been relegating perfectly legitimate comments to the Trash folder over the last week or so. I just went into the system and approved almost a dozen (including two of mine!) and am hopefully caught up.

Understand I get to these when I can but it’s rare to see more than a few hours elapse unless you post in the middle of the night. If yours still does not appear after a day, please email me. In the meantime I’ll now make it a regular practice to check the Trash and approve anything that doesn’t belong there.

And I’m Proud to Be an American Where at Least I Know I’m Free

But last May, police in New Haven, Conn., arrested me — because a parking attendant falsely claimed I had used a racial slur against him nearly a year earlier. [More]

With he said/she said, how was there even probable cause to arrest?

Name everyone involved. Starting with the racist POS parking lot careerist.

And sue.

Spoken Like a True Squad Democrat

He talked about how he believes the way for Republicans to win in Northern Virginia is to court Muslim voters. “We as a committee have dedicated our future in Loudoun to the immigrant vote,” Pio continued. “I don’t care about the White man vote. I do not care about the Christian vote. All I care about is the migrant/immigrant community vote.” [More]

Pio’s also the one who counsels VA candidates to avoid the Second Amendment.

All I can figure is he’s a retard or an embedded Democrat.

The Proof is in the Pudding

The Man Who Helped Prove Biden Wasn’t Actually Running the Country [More]

Wake me when it’s “proven beyond a reasonable doubt,” everything “signed” has been negated, and the perpetrators are in custody.

That may explain the recent media blitz, and a growing “conspiracy theory” about masks and body doubles has given me a movie idea:

The “double” gets assassinated. Terrified at having their role in the fraud exposed, those behind the plot and their agents can’t have the real president emerge alive, so put into motion orders to keep that from happening.

Maybe get something out before the midterms?

We’re the Only Ones Personal Enough

An investigation is underway after a Los Angeles police officer’s personal rifle “accidentally fired a round” in a parking garage earlier this week, officials announced. [More]

All by it’s own self…

“Personal rifle.” That’s even a more transparent attempt to distance from what would they call it if it had belonged to a non-Only One than “patrol rifle.” And don’t you just love “Non-Tactical Unintentional Discharge” copspeak?

If it’s personal, why does he need a “weapon of war designed to kill as many as possible, as quickly as possible,” huh?

And do we have this moron’s name, because we’d damn sure know if itwas a “civilian,” or didn’t the “real reporter” think it was relevant to ask?

A Ghost of a Chance

Hawaii Congresswoman Jill Tokuda targets illegal firearms with proposed legislation: the Ghost Act…The Ghost Act wouldn’t actually regulate the ghostly parts of weapons being made by 3D printers, those without serial numbers or registration. Instead, it would regulate the upper part of guns, like the barrel. Those parts are now legally bought and sold over the internet. [More]

What, is she trying to out-stupid Mazie?

Anyway, no, not even a ghost of one.
