The thought strikes that since even new Supreme Court Associate Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson cannot define “woman” (neither, evidently can Merriam-Webster), and with the example set on the world stage by Admiral Rachel Levine, a “man” could claim the law doesn’t apply to (zim?) because (zie/they?) identifies as a woman. Updated DOD policy would appear to support that.
Conversely, equal treatment under the law demands that any born-biological female now identifying as a man be prosecuted for failure to register. After all, like the Selective Service sign warns, “It’s the law!”
I can’t wait for the top-down scouring to begin.

The facts present a scenario and probabilities that indicate:
If stealing the election is not possible (read that too large of margin) and Trump wins the the general election, Many democrats have already stated the will NOT allow the electoral college vote to be certified (14 amendment).
They will try to force congress to vote per the constitution 13th amendment (which requires they only can vote for the top three electoral college vote recipients).
Only Trump and Harris will have ANY electoral votes…Meaning they plan on forcing a vote for Harris.
Unless the republicans walk and don’t allow a quorum to be called that is what will happen.
No quorum, then Vance will be “Acting” president until things are sorted out.
Now weave into this mess that all info that establishment does not like is “misinformation” and all folks who refuse to accept this scenario will be called a either an insurrectionist or a domestic terrorist.

Many of you know I used to do policies and procedures for a defense contractor, and we had inventory controls and secure stores protocols in place to account for and prevent stuff going “missing.” Quite simply, it’s not that hard to achieve.
So this is either inexcusable incompetence and laziness, or outright criminality. Either way, if this happened at an FFL’s place of business, he would be shuttered and facing charges.
On the plus side, even when they have total registration they can’t handle it. Of course, we’ve known that for some time.
