Slow Going Ahead

I’m going to be unavailable until Monday, and have to focus on finishing up some articles and posting announcements when they’re published.

I’ll try to get to some of the email tips I’ve received later today, but for now, please hold off on sending me any new ones until next week.

UPDATE

Got my articles done and turned in for publication… I’m going to get to some of the news tips now and will do what I can with the remainder of the afternoon, but please, hold off on sending me any more.

Trump/RFK Jr Team Up Would Betray Gun Owners

It would be a “yuge” mistake. Knowing the truth about Kennedy’s historic support for citizen disarmament would take the fire out of a lot of gun-owning voters’ bellies. [More]

Stop me if you’ve heard about Trump’s advisors giving him crap advice before. Would you really vote to put someone who doesn’t trust you with guns a heartbeat away from the presidency?

Name and Shame

The South Carolina State Senate is in the second week of debate regarding a bill that would allow handguns to be carried openly in the state. House bill 3594, known as “Constitutional Carry,” is supported by most Republicans in the General Assembly… [More]

What’s to debate?

And why “most” instead of “all”?

Who are the @$$holes?

Allies Through Action

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses all the Amicus Briefs filed in Cargill v. Garland, a challenge to ATF’s bump stock ban. This case involves a lot more than just bump stocks, rather it is a challenge to ATF’s entire playbook. Now is the time for the Amicus to fly in and today we noticed a new player in the game, Palmetto State Armory. They, along with the Firearms Regulatory and Accountability Coalition have filed an outstanding brief in support of Garland, but this marks the first time since we had this channel that a major firearms manufacturer has thrown in on something like this. So today we give them an “Atta-Boy” so that you can arm yourself with education. [Watch]

Today’s Low-Hanging Fruit Report

Two brothers were indicted Monday after a raid on their New York City apartment yielded an arsenal of untraceable firearms, homemade bombs and a “hit list” with “cops, judges, politicians, celebrities” and “banker scum” scrawled on it, authorities said… Detectives began investigating the siblings after it picked up intelligence regarding the purchase of parts and accessories for ghost guns, untraceable weapons often sold in kits and assembled privately. [More]

Did they call attention to themselves with “scum” rhetoric and were the purchases untraceable? I wonder how much of this the “intelligence” source initiated.

Guns & Gadgets has a different take.

We’re the Only Ones Elsewhere Enough

In this alleged scheme, these officers make a DWI arrest, that person then hires this particular attorney, the officers don’t show up to court, and the case is dismissed. [More]

But wait! There’s more!

Who better to enforce Michelle Lujan Grisham’s citizen disarmament tyranny?

After Media-Brutalized Gun Freedom Law, Violent Crime Drops In Florida [More]

Just like Ohio.

Didn’t help this poor guy, though.

I see Forbes was one of the guilty DSM parties.

I remember when Steve was trying to con gun owners into thinking he was a pal. NRA, of course, fell for it, but they’ve covered their tracks by deleting their video “Steve Forbes – a New President to Put Forward a PositiveProgram.”

Thank You for Your Cervix

The U.S. Department of Defense plans to revamp its assisted reproductive technologies (ART) policies to ensure service members’ taxpayer-funded benefits cover the creation of motherless and fatherless children via in vitro fertilization for single and same-sex soldiers. [More]

Bermuda, Bahama, Come on Pretty Mama

United States residents traveling to the Bahamas should exercise “extreme caution” in Nassau in the wake of 18 murders since Jan. 1, the State Department said in a new travel advisory. “Murders have occurred in all hours including in broad daylight on the streets,” according to a security alert that was posted on Jan. 24 by the U.S. Embassy in the Bahamas. [More]

And here’s a shocker:

Bahamas law does not permit the carrying of concealed weapons.

Neither does the cruise ship that gets you there.

Democrat Felon Pushes Citizen Disarmament with Criminal Constituency

Let incarcerated criminals vote for citizen disarmament, serve on juries, and run for office to stop “gun violence”! [More]

Democrats — and not just the “extreme” ones — are using inmates to secure control of the asylum.

Harassment Lawfare

Families sue Kentucky gun shop that sold AR-15 used in 2023 bank shooting that killed 5 [More]

How dare River City Fireams clerks not have magic mental powers to know that Democrat gun prohibitionists are violent lunatics waiting to happen?

Natural sympathy for the families does not give them a right to infringe on ours, and when they try, they need to be repelled just like any aggressor with delusional motives.

I wonder how ambulance chaser Tad Thomas and the partners over at Romanucci & Blandin look in halter tops and faux leopardskin hotpants as they solicit motorists…

And I wonder if their Everytown johns are ever going to be slapped with a nuisance lawsuit and court sanctions for continually ignoring PLCAA…
