VIDEO: ATF conducts surprise firearm inspection at man’s home without search warrant [More]

Never talk to the police. All that friendly and reasonable posturing is just that.

At most, he could have said something like “Give me your card and I will have my lawyer call you.”

Although I do admit, if I had ATF and Delaware State Police together in one handy, recordable location, I’d have been willing to extend the conversation to questions about Hunter Biden’s gun.

More than what the ones who drill glory holes through hotel doors face?

I’m thinking a good motivator for them would be some custom Leatherman tools...

A Commonsense Tyrant Safety Law

Any person, including an entity, attorney, or law firm, who seeks declaratory or injunctive relief as described in subdivision (a), shall not be deemed a prevailing party under this section or any other provision of this chapter. We’re the Only Ones Incredulous Enough

“He engaged the gunman from quite a distance with a handgun,” Ison said, adding that Dicken is “very proficient” and “tactically sound,” despite having no known police or military training. [More]

I, too, marvel that a mere “civilian” performs at the level of those who can fire 50 rounds and get a “B-“!

We’re the Only Ones Alerting Enough

About the only thing I have to add to that is this:

The thought strikes: If they don’t downgrade it at least a full letter grade after Bruen, it will be a significant admission.

So: When’s the next “buyback“?

UPDATE: Unsurprisingly, Shannon Watts is so furious that an armed citizen saved lives that she resorts to doing what she does best: Lying.

We’re the Only Ones Inconsequential Enough

Two police officers who wrongly arrested a Coralville man for being an impaired driver without any evidence and locking him up in jail for nearly three months didn’t lose their jobs or face any consequences that were made public. [More]

It sounds like they’re not the “only ones” who need to be held accountable.

I hear stuff like this and my first thought is how could anyone so wrong another human being and not be consumed with guilt and a life priority to atone and make amends.

Then another voice says “Grow up. This is why people who don’t victimize others must never allow themselves to be disarmed.”

The Russians are Coming! The Russians are Coming!

Somebody’s bot wants into “comments” here bad:

И тебе доброе утро, солнышко.

What I can’t tell is if this is just a routine criminal exploitation of opportunity attempt or if this is directed because I don’t buy Putin’s line of sh!+ any more than I buy the globalists’.

Until now, Russia has not been among the top 10 IPs or countries blocked (The U.S. leads by far: We’re Number One!).  Attack attempts so far have been mostly via malicious file uploads and known malicious user agents.

And not to be outdone, I just got a series of five warnings about this:

A user with IP address 78.182.154.49 has been locked out from signing in or using the password recovery form for the following reason: Exceeded the maximum number of login failures which is: 20. The last username they tried to sign in with was: ‘admin’.
The duration of the lockout is 4 hours.
User IP: 78.182.154.49
User hostname: 78.182.154.49.dynamic.ttnet.com.tr
User location: Istanbul, Turkey

You gotta wonder what kind of total @$$hole parasites dwell in such dark worlds, with a life purpose goal of helping themselves by hurting others.

The Company They Keep

Joe Biden campaign donor Alex Murdaugh was charged Thursday with killing his wife and 22-year-old son. The lawyer representing the accused murderer, who faces a slew of additional charges for financial fraud and illicit drug distribution, is also a Biden donor. [More]

Let me guess: With a gun?

Oh, guns, plural, including a “weapon of war”:

Paul was shot in the chest and head with a shotgun at close range. Maggie was shot multiple times, including one shot in the back and additional shots while she was lying on the ground. She had been shot with 300 Blackout ammo from an AR-style rifle.

If he needed more than three shots to kill them he has no business murdering anyone.
