In an effort to remove the remaining registration requirements from the National Firearms Act (NFA) for silencers and short-barreled rifles, the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) is now supporting a third lawsuit challenging the law. [More]
Notes from the Resistance

Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership (JPFO) has filed a federal lawsuit seeking declaratory and injunctive relief from continued enforcement of registration and permitting requirements for noise suppressors, short-barreled rifles and shotguns, and NFA-defined “any other weapons.” [More]
Adding this perspective is helpful. Except with national socialists…
On camera? If it involves technical ability I’ll find a way to screw it up. Tune in and see.

DeStefano has refused to turn over customer lists, and thus has been singled out for total destruction as an example to any who might defy the orders of the violence monopolists. [More]
He could minimize his ordeal tremendously if he would just give up customer names. But he won’t. So Letitia James is going to make an example of him.
I’d like to believe there’s a special place in hell for Walz, but how special could it be when so many deserve to be there?

Cameron Kasky… received a brutal but epic SMACKDOWN as he pathetically attempted to censor Scott Jennings [and] insured that he will NEVER again be invited to appear on CNN… [Watch]
Point of order– I’m not aware of any evidence that he is “David Hogg’s ex-boyfriend,” and suspect a sarcasm fail. Not sticking with what can be documented undermines the presenter’s credibility and redirects attention from what can be proven.

New Bill Closes Loophole Abused By Democrats For Hiring Illegals As Police [More]
I’ve covered this topic for Firearms News and AmmoLand, and include “legal” foreign nationals in my concerns, as it’s impossible for them to swear the required oath and mean it.
With “Only Ones” like these, who needs blue helmets?

Now seek one from NSSF and NRA, and ask them to articulate their positions on this and ask if they see any potential Second Amendment concerns legislation could be needed to address.

Why would we want this guy anywhere near a Second Amendment case? And if I read this right, he dismissed a complaint for “lack of standing” later adjudicated moot.

HB 4145, the Democrats’ latest attack on gun rights, has passed the Oregon House and is on its way to the Senate. (Oregon’s Republicans provided the quorum that allowed the bill to pass.) This outcome should be a surprise to no one. [More]
No, of course refugee immigrant Trần doesn’t appreciate the essential differences between the tyranny she fled and the culture that took her in.
As far as Oregon Democrats are concerned, you Heritage Americans are so yesterday…
Life-threatening Listeria risk prompts massive frozen blueberry recall across multiple states [More]
What could be the cause?
Listeria monocytogenes is a dangerous bacteria, causing roughly 172 deaths annually in the US, frequently linked to contamination from environmental sources, animal feces, and potentially, human fecal contamination due to poor hygiene in agricultural or food-processing environments. It is notoriously difficult to eliminate once established, thriving in moist, nutrient-rich environments like soil and improperly handled farm produce.
Oregon’s agriculture industry heavily relies on thousands of immigrant workers, including many who are undocumented, to function… The USDA estimates that half of all hired crop farm workers in the U.S. are undocumented. Immigrants in Oregon hold about $14 billion in spending power and contribute more than $5 billion in taxes, highlighting their economic significance to the state.
Good thing none of this has anything to do with that “single issue“…
Cheap labor Republicans are every bit the enemy pathway to citizenship Democrats are. And they’re more insidious.

Yes, I know she had another account tied in with her office, but as the linked article notes:
The Supreme Court on Friday ruled that public officials who post about topics relating to their work on their personal social media accounts are acting on behalf of the government, and therefore can be held liable for violating the First Amendment when they block their critics, only when they have the power to speak on behalf of the state and are actually exercising that power.
She always was good at “allegedly” gaming the system. Why that can’t be nailed down by a seemingly omnipotent fedgov is a mystery to me.
Might be worth some pushback…
U.S. Representative Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ-09) issued the following statement in response to reintroducing H.R. 7678/S. 3916, the Gun-owner Registration Information Protection Act (GRIP Act), legislation to ensure federal taxpayer dollars are not used to create, maintain, or expand state firearm owner registries. [More]
Yeah, uh, about that…

Must be midterms coming up…
Then again, if the Dems take over, look for bills that do the opposite to be introduced, and for Vichycon turncoats to vote for them…

I just got this notification on X:

I, of course, followed back, and noticed something that touches on a point I’ve been making for years.

Tennessee must have its political threats figured out if that’s all from the estimated 51.6% of gun owning households who care enough to even keep up with what their state organization is doing (let alone joining it).
No wonder NRA-endorsed Republican Bill Lee isn’t afraid of sleeping with the enemy, who then brags about it. Now compare and contrast.
It’s not “social media.” It’s advocacy media. To all of you who say you’d never “join,” I trust every one of you has alternate means of keeping up with developments that directly affect your rights– and communicating to and working on those developments with those in the same barrel you are.
I imagine some, a handful, will say they do. Great. It’s the ones who don’t that I’m referring to.
