A Numbers Game

“Less than less than one ten-thousandth of a percent of legally owned guns are converted.” [More]

I’m not seeing this as the argument stopper some You Tube “gunfluencers” are claiming. If I were an anti, I’d be asking what the percentages are for semi-auto handguns recovered from street gangsters.

Regardless, the only legitimate arguments are “shall not be infringed,” “every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American,” and “anyone who can’t be trusted with a gun can’t be trusted without a custodian.”

Speaking of Deeply Personal Betrayals

Exclusive: The ‘Unique and Deeply Personal Betrayal’ of Pam Bondi, According to a Parkland Shooting Survivor [More]

Yeah, how dare she not betray her oath instead and make us all as utterly helpless as  Jaclyn Corin, who helpfully lets us know that even Rick Scott’s concessions were not enough?

Victims of citizen disarmament diktats take it personally, too, stupid little girl.

Time really is lapdog journalism at its most obsequious. Belinda Luscombe no doubt considers herself a “real journalist.”

Rogan Gushing Over Gun Prohibitionist Should Define His Credibility

This is what Politico thinks will turn around perception about the party’s disparagement of traditional American men, and this is what Joe Rogan thinks should run for president…? [More]

They call ’em “Judas Goats” for a reason.

Good First Steps

Trump’s Justice Department urged the Supreme Court to strike down state laws prohibiting handguns from being brought onto someone else’s property without that person’s consent. The department also declined to ask the Supreme Court to reverse a lower court’s ruling that federal age limits on handgun purchases are unconstitutional. [More]

OK, but not exactly the HUGE NEWS some are touting.

Great “commonsense gun safety” laws you got there in your Sanctuary City, Democrats!

Man, I can’t wait for Mamdani to take over!

Mamdani Useful in Exposing Democrats’ ‘Commonsense Gun Safety’ Lie and More

You get what you vote for. Good and hard. And some want it gooder and harder. [More]

Why are the so-called “gun safety groups” afraid to be associated with this anti-gun “Democrat”? Why not ask them?

The Spirit of Aloha

Hawai‘i Police Department (HPD) will hold two public hearings in August 2025, one in Hilo and one in Kona, regarding its proposal to repeal “Rules and Regulations of the Hawai’i Police Department Governing the Issuance of Licenses to Carry Concealed and Unconcealed Weapons” adopted October 29, 1997, and to adopt Rule 1 relating to Firearms Permits and Licenses, in its entirety, as well as adopt Rule 2 relating to Contested Cases. [More]

So much for where to go for updates…

C’mon, guys… No one wants to take on the work of updating and growing? If this is the extent of the following and updates, how is anyone going to take you seriously?

Rapex 2.0

Instead of addressing the factors driving this violence—such as massive and uncontrolled immigration—the reaction is a grotesque distraction: proposing “trap condoms” with internal spikes designed to injure the attacker’s penis. [More]

It’s been done.

And it didn’t work then, either.

Maybe if they combined it with anti-rape electric underwear

I guess it doesn’t occur to pro-invader/anti-gun “progressive” women that the very act of inserting one of these obscenities is an act of self-rape performed for the dominating pleasure of their masters.

This is what they would reduce us all to.

A Forced Reset

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) confirmed to a judge that it will not return Forced Reset Triggers (FRTs) to Nevada or other plaintiff states. Rare Breed Triggers, the largest U.S. supplier of FRTs, also confirmed it will not sell these devices in the plaintiff states. Consequently, the coalition is withdrawing its motion for a preliminary injunction. [More]

AG Aaron Ford doesn’t seem to grok that citizen ownership of “devices designed only to kill” makes tyrants think twice. On second thought, maybe he does. (Thanks for voting Democrat, Clark County! And I’m also glad to see Trump protecting illegals cleaning toilets for the elites is a bigger priority than honoring a pledge to his base.)

And we now see how far to the mat Bondi’s DOJ and the new and improved ATF are willing to go.

Who keeps the citizens’ unreturned property, and what will they do with it?

Related UPDATE

Speaking of “clearly disagree[ing] on the Second Amendment,] how does caving to plaintiff states and banning FRTs in handguns comply with “shall not be infringed”?

Sleeping with the Enemy

As with every anti-firearm “political agreement” at the UN, had it succeeded, U.S. manufacturers, retailers and users would be forced to comply with a global regulatory regime that no Congress ever approved and no American citizen voted for. [More]

How, without complicity and betrayal by the U.S. government?

Naturally, NSSF is all for international engagement.

I’ve made my views on giving foreign prohibitionists any say at all clear, bringing this rebuke from an NRA flack:

Yet despite this, those like David Codrea, in an article in the September 2003 issue of “Guns and Ammo”, would continue to council disengagement, retreat from the global battlefield, and a kind of pseudo-isolationism that fails to recognize that there are no protective oceans to hide behind in a world-wide battle of ideas. It is apparently more important for Codrea and his ilk to maintain an ideological purity of thought, rather than achieve any of the incremental positional successes that could best guarantee eventual victory. What is more, it is hard to imagine how an almost Islamist-like exclusionary world-view will enable the Codreas of the world to convert more than the occasional wandering “Aryan” to the paradise of a rapidly diminishing gunowner “reservation”.

It’s all summarized here.

The only response to globalist gun-grabbers is, “No. Your move.” And any trade pressure should be met with crushing pressure of or own.

Upping the Ante

After getting a complete smackdown from the 9th Circuit in their one gun a month law, California is at it again this time believing that limiting firearm purchases to three guns a month is somehow Constitutional. [Watch]

A spate

Who’s infringin’? We’re limitin’.

Hey, you don’t need more than three guns to hunt deer…

Why Won’t You Hosers Disarm, Eh?

The Canadian gov has allocated almost $100k to a nationwide survey asking gun owners why they are not complying with the ongoing, failed, mandatory gun buyback. [More]

A point I don’t see being made here: Answering seems like a great way to incriminate yourself. Do they guarantee they won’t trace responses back and use them to establish probable cause? And why would you believe people who demand your guns?

[Via Michael G]

Good Question

While we see many very blue states passing laws which prohibit local law enforcement’s participation in immigration and deporation efforts, we have to wonder, would they show the same reluctance with assisting ATF if they were running through their state confiscating guns? [Watch]

Or just cooperating with them through other enforcement efforts…Nobody on the left is calling them fascists for that.

Gun Criminals for Disarming You

Why Flavor Flav Says the US Must Ban Firearms Now … I fear for my kids when I drop them off at school. Our schools aren’t safe and our kids aren’t safe. This is because gun protection laws are weak. Guns are falling into the hands of the wrong people. I would know. I went to jail because of guns. I ended up on Rikers Island. So I am speaking from first-hand experience. [More]

I don’t even know where to begin.

Or why I’d want to.

Let’s just say seeing this moronic, hypocritical crap promoted by Newsweek is par for the course.
