Home on Derange

The Sentinel’s staff, however, are still furious. They say that being called “Nazis” and “fascists” helped set the tone for their relationship with the ranch. [More]

Pointing out the truth is hardly a furious reaction. That reaction is coming entirely from the other side.

I promote The Sangre de Cristo Sentinel all the time, and if the Tenacious Unicornholers want to do their ranching thing and protect their privacy with rifles, I’ll be happy to leave them unmolested (unlike what their Antifa heroes do to those they target). Just be advised if you want to join them, you’ll first need to clear it with Dr. Cornwallis.

Risk-Free Usurpation

…Securities and Exchange Commission, chairman Gary Gensler remains undeterred in expanding the agency’s power beyond its constitutional boundaries. [More]

And the government continues to get away with in-your-face illegitimate power grabs with all means of civil redress being cut off. What’s that phrase everybody on the left freaked out over when Sharron Angle mentioned it?

Oh, yeah, “Second Amendment solutions…”

Funny, how Budowsky so admired the guy who said this

And thanks again, NRA “Political Victory Fund”! Frickin’ duplicitous sacks…

They’ve Got Theirs

Asian Americans are buying guns in record numbers. [More]

Yeah, well, how come they keep electing Democrats by landslide margins?

Until that changes, I’m not impressed. And names like “LA Progressive Shooters” don’t convince me that it will. Meaning all this giddy celebration by some “pro-gun” voices is naive.

Besides, you know who else is buying guns in record numbers? If gun ownership was the benchmark, we’d have no better pals than David Chipman and Lon Horiuchi.

Who but a racist could object? And no, you can’t post the same thing and substitute colors. And you especially can’t speculate on the likelihood of Hamid still living in a tent or a cave and wiping with stones if it weren’t for Western culture.

Now give us your guns.

For the Children

FDA warns of brain swelling and permanent vision loss found in children taking puberty blockers [More]

No worries. We expect the monkeypox’ll finish ’em off before that becomes too much of a problem.

Now go make sure your guns are locked up separately from their ammunition. Not for the kids, for the confiscation teams.

The Loud Woman

“[M]ost rich white countries, including Australia, are doing precious little to properly address this inequity,” Fitz-Henry writes. “For the most part, they refuse to accept the climate debt they owe to poorer countries and communities […] this injustice – a type of ‘atmospheric colonisation’ – is a form of deeply entrenched colonial racism that arguably represents the most pressing global equity issue of our time.” [More]

Well, the carrot approach didn’t work.

Pulling Up Steaks

Morton’s condemns abortion rights protesters for disrupting Kavanaugh’s freedom to ‘eat dinner’ [More]

And now the “progressives are doing what “progressives” do best: Lying and acting like malignant children out for revenge.

Then there are “student loan forgiveness activist Melissa Byme” and ShutDown DC

I can’t help but wonder what the DOJ would do if “conservative” protestors went after Ketanji Brown Jackson this way, and I’m thinking hate crimes and seditious conspiracy would be “on the table.”

Meanwhile, Man of the People Menendez certainly doesn’t eat like his average constituent. Maybe if Edie Falco and PETA had known about that in advance they could have thrown a bucket of blood on him instead of sitting down for a cordial photo op…

Blacks Discriminated against on Guns, But Not by Rights Advocates

The slander that “conservative” gun owners are racist and want to deny rights to minorities is an old, tired talking point that’s been proven false many times over the years. [More]

The violence monopolists project their own pathetic, hate-filled paranoia on those who advocate the full exercise of rights by all peaceable people.

The Obvious Solution

“If you invite me to dinner that’s all I’m gonna talk about. Have me over to your party and it’s going to be, ‘Dobbs, Dobbs, and more Dobbs!’ And I won’t stop until Roe is reinstated and 51% of Congress is female.” [More]

I think I have a quick fix for this.

I haven’t been this broken up since David Hogg threatened to not have children (although I confess I hadn’t realized he was into women, or more to the point, that any woman would be into him, and then I remembered that the new wisdom is that men can get pregnant and that he could always inseminate himself, which some of us have been telling him to do for some time.)

Washington state school board director to teach sexual ‘pleasure’ class to 9-year-olds at sex shop – The classes will be held at a local sex shop called WinkWink [More]

No, “not creepy at all.” Especially the hagged-out and/or morbidly obese lingerie models. I’m starting to see why they need “tools.”

Who but a hater would find this perverted, disgusting, repulsive, and inviting of vigorous expressions of angry disapproval? Certainly not the 7,627 people who like them on Facebook and the 8,007 people who follow them.

I Know You Are But What Am I?

Like other analysts who study democracy, he views the Trump faction that now dominates the Republican Party—what he terms the “MAGA movement”—as the U.S. equivalent to the authoritarian parties in places such as Hungary and Venezuela. It is a multipronged, fundamentally antidemocratic movement… [More]

Talk about projection writ large.

It’s not us trying to ban the right of the people to keep and bear arms– most egalitarian power-sharing and tyranny-nullifying arrangement ever devised. And it’s not us “perfecting the language” to eradicate “forbidden speech.”

As for “antidemocratic,” not really. It’s just, like the Founders, we embrace and defend the system of checks and balances — along with a Bill of Rights intended to be immune to mob rule — to keep a manipulated majority from falling for tyranny-imposing swindlers.
