Republicans, take heed. Not every gun owner voice out there is a “Next Best Win” apologist, and you need all of us if you’re not going to blow the midterms, which may be a done deal after this.
But won’t that mean the Democrats will gain the power to take our guns?

Flesh out what that would look like and we can start looking at likely responses, flash points, and potentialities.

That sounds like some shallow appeal-to-those-who -don’t-think-it-through weasel wording right there.
What about when being “law-abiding” means surrendering that “fundamental aspect of our freedom and security”? And how is any government interference with that which shall not be infringed not excessive?
And yeah– so much for “America First.”
Thomas Massie has failed us. He voted against cutting taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security. He even voted NO on protecting children from AI-generated child exploitation.
This is a crafted misrepresentation. That first part is in the debt increase package. In the second, he saw unintended consequences in unelected Melania’s pet legislative process and Speaker Johnson would not allow amendments.
It’s all part of the all too familiar politics of personal destruction, where, “yuge” ego seeks revenge on any who oppose, support is bestowed on supplicants who fawn, and attacks are ad hominem logical fallacies.
This is what Trump wants to replace Massie with, and cultists in the 4th District are falling for it? I’m not trusting that poll, because right now she only has 53 Truth followers and 176 on Facebook. One suggested she’d get more exposure on X, but I think her campaign is afraid of the rationing she’d get from Constitutionalists sick of all the BS.

Enough.She didn’t just operate it on her own. Who told her to run a document through? Put them on the hot seat.
Who “authorized” her? Who are the “members of the inner circle”? Why hasn’t she been threatened with contempt unless she gets specific with “So-and-so directed me to have this signed?”
This could undo every law, every appointment, every EO going back to who knows when? Are Republicans ever going to strap ’em on and act like this is the existential spiritual and physical war that it is?
Oversight never played real hardball with Fast and Furious, either.

One can only hope he’s got reliable data to back that up and that this isn’t just Stupid Party happy talk. Because my experience with Democrats tells me Edwin Edwards gave his constituents way too much credit, and today he could get away with strangling the girl and boy on live TV and not lose a vote if his opponent were Trump.
