Our homeowners’ association is considering banning guns everywhere in the community, including in the residents’ homes. Many of the residents are upset about this, while others are in favor of it. Is the association even able to enact this rule? [More]
Tyranny starts small, and always offers “justification.”
I always wondered what ever happened to Witless and Titless.

97PERCENT NAMES OLIVIA TROYE AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR [More]
A Pence Vichycon, eh? Nothing like anti-gun “Republicans” (think Sarah and Jim Brady, Paul Helmke) to lead the charge.
Looks like they figured out Mathew Littman was in over his head. Too bad. I really appreciated his ineffectuality.
Thousands of drivers receiving speed camera tickets in small Summit County village… He said he is considering challenging the ticket, but the Stow Municipal Court requires that drivers who want to appeal the ticket pay $100. [More]
These $$holes are right next door to Hudson. You have to drive through there to get to most of my favorite walking trails.
If you took a look at the “solution” vs. the scope of the problem, it would be apparent this is all about revenue generation, and anyone who blurts out “public safety” is just mealy-mouthing an excuse to cover for this being a direct violation of the whole intent of Constitutional government to “secure the Blessings of Liberty.”
They also gouge you on parking. And requiring you to pay by phone seems discriminatory against technologically impaired older people who may struggle with Jitterbugs, acknowledged to be “designed to help older adults stay in touch with their loved ones” and that they only use for phone calls.
The other thing this is is an unconstitutional prior restraint on the First Amendment proscription to “make no law … prohibiting … the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
It’s analogous to a poll tax. Or a gun permit fee.
And every bit as discriminatory.
That seems like a good opportunity for a class action lawsuit.
And if I were a “real reporter,” with the resources of a news organization behind me, I’d be going through city records to find out who got the traffic cam contract, and also doing a public records request for all communications, correspondence, phone records, work papers, calibration records, and all relevant documentation showing city official interactions with them.

“At this time I believe that Mr. Kruger was trying to help Mr. Davis and they were acquaintances,” Marshmond said. “He was just trying to help him just get through life.” Marshmond said a motive for the killing has not been determined. [More]

He says the preferred way to save the lives of children is to disarm you and me.

How this western battleground state shifted from purple to solid blue… “Our Hispanic population has burgeoned in recent years as a percentage of the population and the stance of the Republican on immigration has not helped”… [More]
Still no takers… even though that enabled this.
Good thing this has nothing to do with that “single issue.” And I have that on good authority.
Hamas Says Attacks on Israel Were Backed by Iran [More]
White House slams Republican ‘disinformation’ blaming Biden administration for Hamas attack on Israel… “Not a single cent from these funds has been spent, and when it is spent, it can only be spent on things like food and medicine for the Iranian people,” says White House National Security Council spokesperson Adrienne Watson.
Yeah, we didn’t take the money from that pocket, we took it from the other one now that the funds have been freed up. Jeez…
There’s a term for the useful idiot American Jews who vote for Democrats and citizen disarmament. There’s another for those who know full well what they’re doing and why.
It’s fair to ask how the vaunted Israeli Defense Forces and intelligence services got caught so unaware. Speculation that they actually weren’t merits exploration.
I wonder how many of the “record numbers” are ready to go kinetic here while our government is escalating our involvement there.
Open borders Cato says “No worries,” and who better to listen to…?

Cuellar owns his portion of Biden’s new “Office of Gun Violence Prevention,” and of all infringement and citizen disarmament “rules” and cases of lawfare the administration and Democrats empowered across the land are attempting to impose on their countrymen by force and fraud. And bipolarity on guns is not his only cognitively dissonant political stance. [More]
Ostensibly “pro-gun Democrats” are like blind pigs. They occasionally find an acorn but leave a mess everywhere they go. And in the end, it’s Party über alles.

It occurs to me that this weapon might as well be purpose-designed to shut down civilian air transport networks. A terrorist could launch it miles away from an airport, choosing a site that offers easy escape routes and minimal risk to the launch team. [More]
Why, I’ll bet someone with a bit of foreign backing could even bring some across the border and shut down commercial air traffic the way hijackers never could!

Authorities searching for police imposters who pulled car over, stole from 2 men [More]
Rule of thumb: If it’s not a police car and they’re not in uniform, I’m taking off for the nearest cop station and calling 911. And doing whatever else I find appropriate.
As always, be aware of The Fauxnly Ones Files, because the day may come when you’ll need a “He was being such a scary thug I did not believe he was a real cop” defense.

So where are our criminal cases? American patriots see Donald Trump assailed from every side and wonder, “Where is our Jack Smith? Where is our Fani Willis?” Some are so desperate that they sigh and wonder if the GOP could at least have its own Alvin Bragg. [More]
They unroll a great blueprint.
Now all we need is for the right people to start following it.
