There Can Be Only One

TRISTAN MANOS LD5 PC: This is to thank all who openly express yourselves and take the opportunity to present a position statement, one form or the other, on the matter of the artificial construct of so-called “dual citizenship”  … Please realize Singular U.S. Citizenship is the Ground Zero of our Civil Society. [More]

Some of the “inclusive” Vichycons in “leadership” have been giving him heat over this, using the “progressive” deception of trying to make his position seem bigoted instead of existential. My sentiments on the subject have not changed since I first warned against Arnhole

And we see what listening to them about him got us.

Nothing a Cage Won’t Stop

Bronx man who smashed up Manhattan McDonald’s with ax is busted again [More]

He can’t be trusted with an ax… he can’t be trusted with a can of spray paint… he can’t be trusted with somebody else’s bicycle… it’s almost like there’s a lesson to be learned here that society can’t quite (or doesn’t want to) put its finger on…

A Red Letter Day

Pennsylvania man indicted for threatening Biden, Bennie Thompson in letter that included unknown white powder – The threatening letter prompted a shelter-in-place order for staff inside the Rayburn House Office Building [More]

Gee, those Trump supporters, and by default red state Republicans and especially gun owners, sure are violent insurrectionists that must be stopped at all costs, aren’t they?

It’s curious, how you have to go all the way down to the next-to-the-last paragraph to find:

Investigators alleged the threatening letter was sent by Vargo from the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

And you have to go elsewhere to find:

In mid-July, Vargo was the target of a manhunt after he escaped from the facility where he was being held on charges in connection to a previous burglary. Authorities said he had walked away from the minimal offenders unit. He was re-arrested days later with his girlfriend, Amanda Saxer, in South Carolina.

No matter, the goal of finding guilt to be shared by association has been accomplished. Way to go, Faux News!

Funny thing about the letter being sent from the slammer though– it was written and sent from a government-controlled facility where they knew the guy was a troublemaker and a risk. When I think back to how they strip-searched Wayne Fincher’s mail, it makes me wonder how Vargo’s breezed on through– unless someone found it advantageous to allow it.

Then again, Wayne was a truly dangerous man. He believed in freedom.

All the World’s a Stage

Stagebuilder is a free stage design tool that makes designing stages for matches and range training easy. [More]

I typically focus on rights, politics, and culture and don’t do shooting, hunting, and hardware here. That said, most of you have shooting interests outside of my meager offerings, so if this grabs you, have fun with it.

A Star is Born?

Kyle Rittenhouse launches YouTube channel for ‘great content’ on GUNS and the Second Amendment as the 19-year-old Kenosha shooter notches up thousands of subscribers in just hours [More]

Except for wondering why he chose YouTube instead of a non-hostile alternative, I’ll reserve judgment. Lemme see what he actually knows and understands first.

A Razor Sense Candidate

The injury happened when a resident tried to remove a sign for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Josh Shapiro that had been placed without permission, police said Sunday. The blades, which were attached “around the perimeter of the sign” were “designed to inflict punishment on anyone who attempted to remove the sign,” police said.  [More]

Speaking of complete @$$hole signs

This is No Drill

Should advocates push for strong legislation when we know it does not have the votes to pass Congress, let alone override a president’s veto? [More]

I get their reasoning for doing so. My problem with OVERDOING it is that it comes off like phony pandering and shifts focus and resources off immediate priorities. Lather, rinse, repeat for gun-grab bills that have no chance but send everybody screaming that the sky is falling. Then we see the mansplainin’ YouTubers gushing about how HUGE it is, and when nothing comes to pass we’ve got yet another Boy Who Cried Wolf scenario, so that if something we should be paying attention to sneaks in everybody’s jaded and burned-out.

So, yeah, I see their reasoning. I also see mine.

What a Load!

Project Unloaded, an anti-gun group, hopes to create a “new cultural narrative that guns make us less safe” by undertaking campaigns targeting teens and young adults, according to its website. [More]

So an Astroturf effort funded by shadowy leftist elites is going to lie and gaslight to swindle ignorant young people out of their rights?

Looks like I’ll be revisiting this one before too long.

What He Said

The Constitution was never intended to usher in a pure democracy. In fact, its two most fundamental concerns were to create a central government stronger than that which had existed under the Articles of Confederation and, at the same time, to protect individual, God-given rights of — among others — life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness from the potential for tyranny in this new, stronger central government. [More]

So you can’t vote away the right of the people to keep and bear arms?
