Folks who advocate for legalized guns never seen to take into account the effect that guns have ion others who are not using, like children who are dependents. They never calculate the cost to families, or even the public. The cost of homeless, much of which is due to addiction to guns, imposes a cost not just on users, but on everyone else. Cost of healthcare, housing, crimes committed, etc., due to guns, affect society, not just users. [More]

Well, now that DOJ has announced it’s new Second Amendment Rights Section, the complaint has been resubmitted to see if it gets different results this time around.
