A Good Shoot?

The man accused of murder in the shooting death of a gay man at a Tampa dog park last year was acquitted on Thursday. After deliberating for about 2½ hours, a six-person jury found that Gerald Declan Radford did not commit second-degree murder when he shot John Walter Lay at the West Dog Park last year. [More]

It turns out he’d rejected a plea deal.

The whole thing seems to have been so avoidable. Stupid prideful teenagers escalating with words and duking it out I can understand having been one myself once, but grown and supposedly mature men…? Applying the same standard of conduct I do to myself, you walk away when you can, especially when armed.

I’m glad I don’t have this on my conscience.

Trump’s Evolving Stance on Guns [More]

Vichyconnette Olivia Troye continues to strive for 97percent relevance by straddling both sides of the issue while coming down on the side of more controls.

What’s telling after all the years, all the funding, and all the free publicity, they still only have 10K Facebook followers and 11.3K on Twitter, which respectively has not moved and lost 1.5K since August of 2024.

Fine, let the grabbers waste their money on a sucking hole. How do I check and see if they got any USAid?

Why would the DSM not mention that either way?

Cutting Off Her Nose to Spite Her Face

Milking Human Kindness

Try Telling This Dad Whose Daughter Was Killed By An Illegal That Open Borders Are ‘Compassionate’ [More]

Stuff like this makes me recall a man I worked with in California in the 90s:

Back when I was living there, a colleague’s teenaged daughter was killed when a car full of illegals plowed into hers on the freeway. None of them would admit to being the driver and the main suspect disappeared, presumably across the border. But that was long enough ago to where he’s probably been gracing us with the blessings of his presence — and then some — since then.

Meanwhile, a beautiful young lady had her life cut short and would never experience its joys and realize her potential. And my co-worker, who had always been friendly and quick to joke until his precious girl was ripped away from him, lived out his shortened days a shattered, broken man who would never see justice.

‘We Paid for Our Cities to Burn’

Tides Foundation is the Soros ‘charity’ that funded much of the Antifa BLM protests in 2020. (Besides many other crappy things.) USAID was one of Tides’ primary funders. [More]

So, it’s not so much been Soros money as OUR money…

The more networks and connections that get exposed, no wonder even “mainstream” Democrats like Chuck Schumer are behaving like common street Marxists.

If At First You Don’t Succeed…

SB 452 is a new microstamp law again already signed already passed and signed by the governor that looks to implement a much stricter microstamping rule in 2028, so basically what California is trying to do here is they’re trying to create a way that they can circumvent the injunction against the microstamping provision of that roster by addressing some of the issues that were brought up by the judge and some of the reasons why he enjoined it in the first place. [Watch]

They’ll never give up and they’ll keep coming back until someone makes them stop.

Will he?
