None Dare Call It Treason

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador to Biden: “President Biden, you are the first president of the United States in a very long time that has not built, not even one meter of wall, and that, we thank you for that, sir.” [More]

Good thing this has nothing to do with that “single issue”. And I have that on good authority.

Sounds Good on Paper

H.R.38 – To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide a means by which nonresidents of a State whose residents may carry concealed firearms may also do so in the State. [More]

I don’t see a prognosis yet, but without a Senate majority, consider the odds of passing 0%. As such, I’m not going to spend much time on this as there are other more pressing and more probable priorities to focus on.

I do note one Democrat co-sponsor, Maine’s Jared Golden, who will be up for reelection in ’24. My assessment, he’s trying to build some cred with the Fudds on something he knows can’t pass, and has the OK from the party because he’s a hundred-percenter with the abortionists. His ratings from the gun groups are pretty revealing — of them:

Once More Unto the Breach

SB Tactical, one of the most popular AR-15 pistol brace manufacturers, appears to have been hit with a data breach, where customer data, including names, addresses, and credit card information, was leaked online. [More]

That looks like something for Republicans now in control of House Oversight to look into.

And to think I had such a good opinion of them.

I’m going to need to up my game. Searching for my name on their “Hatewatch” site only yielded two entries, both associated with Mike Vanderboegh, and none of them actually accusing me of anything.

Of course why Mike, who properly equated racism with collectivism, would be filed under “hate” is also left unexplained.

My guess is because they hated him.

A Good First Step

Governor DeWine Signs BFA-Backed SB 185 to Protect Second Amendment Rights During Emergencies [More]

First, do no harm. Excellent.

Now, assuming we’re talking about a widespread disaster where limited civil authority resources are triaged and whole areas will be left for an indeterminate time to fend for themselves, dare we hope we’ll ever see a bill that provides for activating the militia of the whole people after training and equipping them first?

Making You an Instant Enemy of the State!

HB50 was filed today by Representative Caballero. Under the proposed legislation, owning a magazine that holds 10 or more rounds would make you a felon the moment the law goes into place. The bill even includes a $1.5 million appropriation to “carry out the provisions of the act.” [More]

When communists are in power, they assign the treasonous domestic enemy label to you.

Stupid, Good Fun

Joseph Halm Arcidiacono, 33, is a lucky man. Last November, he was arrested after he threw two full cans of White Claw hard seltzer at Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), hitting him with one of them. But on Friday, Houston’s 185th District Court “no-billed” Arcidiacono, which means, according to Houston’s KPRC, that the criminal charges against him have been deemed “not sufficiently supported by the evidence.” [More]

The grand jury was stupid enough to believe he was inviting Cruz to chug them?

I Got Them Lügenpresse Blues

Liberal media are trying to protect the feds from the much-needed House weaponization committee [More]

Hence my continued use of “DSM.”

Duranty/Streicher Media.

Funny, how real national socialists want to smear anyone calling them what they are as Nazis to scare them out of using it.

What, No Raid?

DOJ reviewing potentially classified docs at Biden center [More]

Who thinks anything of substance will be done about it?

Maybe if we knew what the documents pertained to…? You know, the more damaging and damning, the more deliberate and vigorous the DOJ effort to bury, stonewall, and shield the Big Guy…

So… No Poll Taxes?

In a case involving fees for commercial filming in areas under the control of the National Park Service, the DC District Court has ruled that fees charged for exercising constitutional rights of the first order are unconstitutional… ‘This regime is difficult to square with the longstanding rule that the government may not “impose a charge for the enjoyment of a right granted by the federal constitution,” including the First Amendment right to free expression.’ [More]

I see this was written before a historical understanding was ruled the standard.

Still, what’s with “a right granted by the federal constitution“?

Meanwhile, Over at the Birthplace of Liberty

Disgusting. Inexcusable. Shameful. This is what Democrats reduce once-great cities and cultures to. And rather than being thrown out and prosecuted for criminal negligence, those responsible are secured to advance themselves politically.

Anybody see anything or anyone worth fighting and dying for?

That’s part of the plan.

That Mr. Adams, him plenty smart fella.

Funny, how we who try to live up to that are designated the enemy by the destroyers.

With Republicans Like These…

Gun Owners of America has learned that the FIRST gun bill that House Republicans plan to vote on is… NOT a pro-gun bill. The bill would expand the FBI’s power to punish Americans who attempt to legally purchase a firearm from a commercial gun dealer by reporting them to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. [More]

My new rep and one of my senators are enemies, so no use writing them.

It really seems to me a more effective tactic would be an en masse “WTF?” blast to Kevin McCarthy.

Brunson Burners

The US Supreme Court not only decided not to look at the Brunson brothers’ case, but also decided not to take up the Bonner case challenging the legality of mail-in ballots. [More]

Well, that was utterly predictable.

This is what happens when you hire someone without adequately interviewing them:

Think of one job you’ve ever applied for where you’d have gotten it if you decided to play coy with the hiring managers. While it may be “inappropriate” for a judge to weigh in on a specific case before confirmation, there’s no reason why general principles of understanding should be off-limits.

As things stand, all SCOTUS has to do to let illegitimate elections reign is… nothing.
