Could evangelical leader’s endorsement upend Trump’s massive lead before Iowa’s caucus? [More]

Well, let’s see

“Vander Plaats ran unsuccessfully for Governor of Iowa in 2002, 2006, and 2010. He was the party’s nominee for lieutenant governor in 2006, losing to Democrat Patty Judge.”

And his organization doesn’t think the right to keep and bear arms and immigration are important enough to feature as “Policy Issues.”

How they believe leaving core constituents out will help advance the issues they do care about is left unsaid. Which suits the Democrats just fine.

Looks like Faux News and the Vichycons are doing their best to listen to losers and keep the Stupid Party stupid.

Why?

Where Credit is Due

The Supreme Court Should Not Let Bureaucrats Invent Crimes by Rewriting the Law – The Trump administration’s unilateral ban on bump stocks turned owners of those rifle accessories into felons. [More]

Let’s not forget the role Wayne LaPierre and Chris Cox played in paving the way (and good luck finding their joint statement on the NRA website anymore).

Pointing all that out and more seems to make some people uncomfortable. One angry reader canceled his subscription over it.

You know the type.

Hard to Hear, So Listen Up

GOP Senator Rand Paul says that he thinks it is difficult to imagine Donald Trump winning another term in office because of the magnitude of everything that is being done by Democrats and the establishment to prevent it happening. [More]

That and most women voters want them some abortions, so Dems can collapse the economy and start WWIII while Biden drools all over his Big Guy commissions…

Besides, the machines and drop boxes will make sure conspiracy theorists have something to be baseless about when another stupidly managed “red wave” washes out…

Point/Counterpoint

And here come the narrative media denials

I’d say this has risen to the court/election interference level where it warrants a Justice Department subpoena and investigation to see who’s playing whom…

Who would be against it?

WILSO-O-O-NNN!!!

Hey, Trump’s still under Secret Service protection, isn’t he?

Doesn’t matter. He said this in 2015 and they didn’t do anything about it then. Somebody figured out that resurrecting it and acting like it’s new will get them clicks.

RFK Jr. to run as independent in 2024, ditching Democratic primary bid [More]

I’m in the middle of his Fauci Covid fraud book— it’s great.

That said, he’s not “one of us,” and it’s in our interests to let those within our spheres of influence know why.

I can’t tell if the “He will end up hurting MAGA more” meme is real or a desperate Democrat psyop…

I see foreign national (British/Iranian) Christiane Amanpour continues nailing the subversive role that pleases her masters so well.

What have I been saying all along about Trump being an avatar for the citizens who believe in the agenda he campaigned on?

Thing is, Hillary knows this will enrage millions. She’s hoping some low-hanging fruit goes off the deep end and does something horrific, knowing full well most “conservatives” who end up smeared by conflation will continue to behave peaceably. If Trump said this about Democrats they’d throw him in the hole.

This is dangerous and the lowest form of politics. And it’s part of a DOJ/media-coordinated narrative plan leading for the elections and beyond, that is, it’s that seditious conspiracy they project onto their opponents.

Thank God the Founders, in their prescient wisdom, ensured the Second Amendment would be there for Posterity to call upon when any form of government bec[ame] destructive to [Liberty’s] ends…

Prosecuting Trump on Gun Charge Could Backfire ‘Bigly’

If they go after him on it, Democrats know such a charge would almost certainly make it to the Supreme Court. Considering all the complications the Bruen text, history, and tradition standard is throwing in the path of gun prohibitionists in the inferior courts, such charges – like those against Hunter Biden – could very well find such edicts unlawful violations of the Second Amendment. Brace Yourselves

In yesterday’s observation on Trump opening the door to further legal woes, this time on guns, the story I linked to did not mention another bit of information some gun “influencers” are excitedly announcing, that he says if elected he’ll “take care of” the pistol brace ban.

Sorry to curb anyone’s enthusiasm, but I’m not getting a full-throated and focused pledge out of this:

Trump a Prohibited Person?

If Trump had bought the glock, [sic] there would have been questions about the legality of him buying it. [More]

Possibly. Even though ATF doesn’t list it, [CORRECTION: They cite it under the list] there’s the 18 U.S.C. § 922 prohibition (assuming you can navigate through the amendments) but then there’s the Texas judge’s Quiroz ruling

Beats me. If I were him I wouldn’t let anyone photograph me holding a gun without advice of counsel. I wonder if that will be used against him.

But by assuming he would have tried to buy it at the SC gun shop without having it go to an FFL in his state, they apparently missed the main question.
