UPDATE
Can’t let THIS stay up…

Notes from the Resistance
“…the Department of Justice used none of these racist laws they gave up all of these racist laws … because as you know because the burden is on the government to come forth with historical laws at the time of the founding… that we can basically kick out and get rid of as not being applicable reduces the number historical gun control laws that the anti-gunners can use to justify modern gun control regulations… [Watch]
That they don’t dare use racist precedent is powerful information to exploit, legally and ideologically.
One other point I don’t see anyone addressing — just because a law existed at the time of the Founding doesn’t mean it would have been upheld as constitutional if it had been challenged at the time on Second Amendment grounds.

47 weapons, 26K rounds of ammo seized from home of California judge charged with murdering wife [More]
The deliberate implication being if someone collects guns and has a considerable quantity of ammunition, they’re a danger.

The BSCA was passed last summer over the NRA’s objections, with proponents congratulating themselves on their “bi-partisan” achievement. [More]
So how many “staunch supporters of the Second Amendment” are you goin g to down-rate?
And posturing now only obscures the fact that when the asteroid was still in nudging distance, you weasels were giving cover to your pet Quislings with a spineless “framework” excuse.
Under the Firearm Industry Responsibility Act (HB 218), gun manufacturers that engage in unsafe and unlawful marketing and sale will be held accountable for actions contributing to gun violence in Illinois communities. [More]
These alien freaks literally consider themselves the Keepers.
Next step: We force you to issue warnings.
And the effects on national publications will be nationwide, and not just the advertisements.
So: When does the “firearms industry” cut them off from sales and service?

Especially in light of SCOTUS in Dred Scott:
“It would give to persons … who were recognised as citizens in any one State of the Union, the right to … keep and carry arms wherever they went.”
It doesn’t “give” anything, but the rest is what the understanding was.
So much for “permits” or any level of government having “reciprocity” approval authority. So much for “sensitive areas.”
Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., predicted that former President Donald Trump would lose the 2024 general election against President Biden and urged Trump to drop out of the race. Cassidy made the comments during a Sunday appearance on CNN and added that he thinks any other candidate in the Republican primary field is better suited to defeat Biden. [More]
Siding with the swamp again, I see…
This is what an “A+” rating gets you.
I’d ask where the Republican Party finds such treasonous, self-defeating morons were he the exception instead of the rule.

Baldwin has repeatedly insisted he never pulled the trigger. The reports say that’s not true. Was he lying? [More]

January 6 political prisoner Ryan Samsel has been held in prison without trial now since January 2021. [More]
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial…
Opposing a tyrannical regime that would do this is very different from being “anti-government.”
That so many social media “progressives” laugh at this and call these political prisoners “traitors” shows that with some, reconciliation is not only impossible, but who would want it?

Sounds like a case for justifiable use of force to me. The “Only Ones” who would stop it are the ones whose sole purpose is “to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”
Without that there is no consent of the governed.
I’m particularity sensitive to the state favoring parasites because this happens to coincide with my receiving a letter from the county mandating a huge increase in my property taxes. So allow me to segue into something tangentially related.
For a supposedly Republican state, all my reps from City Council on up sure are quiet about this. I went looking for organized tax protesters and the closest thing I could find was an Ohio Tea Party Facebook group with fewer followers than I have that’s totally focused on Donald Trump memes.
The one state senator I did find offering a tepid way to recalculate reappraisals and focused on farms was sabotaged by Republican “leadership.” I’m thinking it was probably all noise anyway, because I see the same “conservative” co-sponsored SENATE BILL 54, to “Establish the New African Immigrants Grant and Gift Fund.”
The GOP is tone deaf. And suicidal.
