HB 4145 started as another one of the Democrats’ annual attacks on liberty, property, and the Constitution. In its final form, it became a bill that delayed the worst provisions of MZ 114 and bought gun owners more time to avoid arrest and fight this insanity in court. If the Oregon Supreme Court invalidates MZ 114, HB 4145 does nothing. Either way, that’s a positive outcome. [More]
